As a sportbike racer, this was bananas. I have you guys around 1:40-1:41 for laptimes, is that right? That's right around our mid-pack 600cc sportbike times. And we can clip close to 150 on the back straight. Just goes to show what 4 wheels and a really low center of gravity can do for you. Looks like fun!
you raced clean. a lot of drafting and your kart set up for a little more speed on long straight not much you can do except timing on being in the lead. that lapped kart thwarted your pass.

Yea that’s correct. 4 wheels definitely helps in the corner and it sure would be nice to have an extra 475cc!! lol
The contact patch to weight ratio of a kart is absolutely insane.

I didn’t get the best jump and the other guys drafted around me. I had no help down the straight.
Were you going 131 or turning 13,100?
118 was the top speed and over 15k rpm

I must have screamed at you to pass him 8 times! Why are you running into the back of them when you clearly have the run?
Drafting him to push him down the straights. 2 karts are faster than 1 on the bigger tracks. We wanted to create a gap to 3rd.
He was working with him to close the gap in front and create a gap behind!
It’s called bump drafting, it’s like one kart with two engines.
