Trent you are an Amazing Player. I have purchased a few of your mouthpieces. They are very good. I played A Trumpet Solo at my brothers funeral 4 months ago. 6 months ago my Uncles Funeral, In March I’m playing for my nieces wedding. I will be using the TA 3CS. Thanks friend. Mark.
Trent, I am a beginner having played a little 55 years ago. I don’t feel I deserve such an instrument until I get much much better. I absolutely love the tone of Paul de Stexte’s coronet and listen daily to his sound to imitate. I would like to hear you play a dark instrument also. You are part of my education. I could be on a $20,000 horn and sound like a 3rd grader but at least I can hear you, Rick Braun, and Alison Balsom to know what to try for.
Wow! The warmth of sound on your initial recording (another video) made me think it was a flugel. Then this video just showed how it can have such brilliance of sound when pushed. Do other rotary instruments behave the same way?
Is there much of a difference in sound when it comes to gold vs brushed gold? I have heard different things regarding this...would like to know your opinion.
if someone can tell you they can tell a difference in two identical horns but one being brushed gold and the other polished (and provided the application of gold is exactly the same from the plating company) they are more discerning than I am. That seems like quite the stretch IMHO.
The Raweni/Raven has been my dream horn for a while now

@@austincustom as I do mine.
Been waiting for this! Such a beautiful horn!
Man, are you awesome 💥💥💥💥. This horn reminds me of a Lawler.
? I have never seen a Lawler like that ;-)

Thanks so much for your note. It really depends on the Brand but the Schagerl rotary trumpets are the best in the world IMO!
That thing is frickin cool
What a sound...Just love this trumpet could be one of my favorit since now...blow my mind 🥰😍🥰
Its just so wild....in a cool way....

@@austincustom - ha, yeah. I was thinking that too. Thanks!
This horn is amazing, can you do a half valve on a rotary trumpet?
Yeppers! 🤘
Wow Trent the sound is pure liquid. How about a video coupled with an apredato.
I like my mouthpiece thank you! :)
Trumpet or cornett? Brought to mind the concluding line of "My Analyst Told Me" two horns are better than one 😁.
definitely more trumpet but also much more versatile than one would think!
Thinking about a Berlin with klappen now I’m not so sure. Decisions, decisions… it’s almost a sickness. Lol
I understand! The Berlin Heavy's are magnificent instruments!
we stand on many shoulders
exquisite
be sure to check out the mixed audio of this instrument as well! ua-cam.com/video/XOVFYF6ifZc/v-deo.html
Is this finish "Gold Plate" or "Scratched Gold Plate"?
brushed gold plate
Can it be used to claasical music ?
Yes absolutely
Damn, that’s so pretty…
When I heard it I thought it was a Flugelhorn!
You're awesome, the instrument is awesome, but I assume since it's an Austrian instrument, it's pronounced "Raveni." German w is called "vey."
wow I wish I had all the time in the world to correct one's pronouncing! :)
this instrument in your hands w' your chops ....... nuff said ...... listen !
