That UZ is one of the best sounding V8s ever made. Not disappointed it hasn't got a JZ.
they sound just "regular".. 2V v8 (US) sounds better, but also flatplane v8 have something to it.. anyway v10 or inline 5 is way to go for me, or in special case i6 (with equal headers, twinscrool, twin wastegate, single turbo)

And also older model. Even S14 had that 1UZ engine in Aristos. Newer S16 had the 3UZ.
Also the 1uz is a bit underrated I think, they can also reach 1000 HP like the 2J. And the sound, my 3uz has holes in exhaust but I almost don't want to fix it.

24:25 these are not normal, my company produce some water intercoolers for car manufacturers, not for these m5s. It's caused by poor material for headers, issue in the process or too big boost. But for the last one- the failure mode is located in different spot.
So much potential for these cars. I think the heat just kills them, other than the accident damaged ones. UAE at its best

Its probably almost impossible..The BMW is much longer and wider..Anyone who puts something like that on will end up with a Volvo that looks very strange..

@@onuanus Even Peter has to take length,witdh,wheel housing e.t.c into account. If you search for "Olds vs Bmw" you will find an interesting project.However,the cars have in common that they have the same wheelbase..Unbelievable amont of work though.

The M5 would be nice to use as a chassis for an old American car.
I would love to recover that Ferrari V12..... though you will need a lot of patience and dough for the front parts. The entire front can be repaired

Not a single manual gearbox among them. I doubt there are this many automatics in my home town!

Here in Georgia USA, there's a guy who owns 1000s of acres of hunting land that uses a Y61 Patrol as his off road and hunting vehicle. He bought it from a Saudi that would come to his resort to hunt.
Seeing cars like that M5 sitting there with not even 10k kms hurts to see.
That M5 competetion would be sooo fucking nice car

Han gjorde det, men det visade inget. Carfax uppdaterade R8:an med alla problem efter att köpt den, det var därför det inte gick att registrera.
Ja som sagt jag kollade så bra jag kunde. Men det känns som systemen eller Carfax är korrupt i vissa fall!
