      @@bojack3827 yeah a little maybe! Can string it lower and you have the power back.
      Also auxetic helps here also a little

    I like the extra penetrative aspect of Speed 2022 that helps me as the Extreme gives me lots of spin but not enough penetration same with Aero. With the Speed 2022 I can get loads of power with little effort so has a ton of potential if I can use it properly. Thanks

    • @servingaces
      @servingaces  8 місяців тому +1

      Yeah absolutely and at the same time you have good control of the low stiffness.
      It is good racket but not for massive spin!

    I'm not sure but the stringbed seems more closed on the sweet spot compared to the previous one.

    Low angle is because of the frame shape...which I love 😊...pretty narrow at the top comparing with more modern rackets

    Agree, head speed mp feels like the ball is sliding off the strings, no grip or spin at all. Apart from that I really like my racket
    Which strings are good for spin?
    That would be an interesting video
    RPM blast gives me tennis elbow

    • @servingaces
      @servingaces  8 місяців тому

      Yeah it is interesting. I would have to use a babolat rpm blast or something to really get the desired spin! But there are a lot outthere!

      Go with Volkl Cyclone.I have the Volkl Cyclone on my 2023 Speed and i can easily generate spin, kick and it is a very comfortable string at 48 to 50lbs.For me it’s the perfect combo.

    Hi This might be a little bit late but i currently have the gravity mp lite (2021) edition, and was looking to mabey get a head speed mpl 2024 edition. Do you think the speed mpl would be good and would be a better racket to play with or is similar to the gravity mpl? Because im not really an expert thanks! also what other rackets would you recomend?

    • @servingaces
      @servingaces  7 місяців тому +1

      I really cannot tell you about those rackets to be honest.
      But if you look for these beginner rackets it is really not much difference in playing with them. Light weight, big headsize and very powerful are all them.
      In that category it is way more important to develop you playing style!
      How long do you play?

    Hi there, thank you for the review. I would like to ask you opinion about the Speed MP 2024 vs Percept 97. A couple of months ago I've searched for a racquet with low RA (~60) and I only found the Percept 97. I've tested a Percept 97 version having a low SW, 308 and I was not impressed (coming from Pure Drive then Ezone 100) very low power. Then I customized it to 335 SW and ~ 340 grams. With yonex polytour Rev at 22/21 Kg it was a total different racquet, now it is my main racquet. Then I see this Speed MP 2024, with 60 RA and 100in head. What I'm looking for is a little more power. Do you think Speed MP 2024 will give more power than Percept 97 keeping somehow the control as Percept 97? Thank you !

    • @servingaces
      @servingaces  5 місяців тому

      The speed mp is absolutely more powerful as the percept
      it has good control but of course not as much as the percept!
      Probably you can go for the speed pro as well - best of both worlds

    Yesterday, after I broke my strings on the mp speed, I played with my friend's extreme pro. It was completely different game I was playing, I was providing more spin, cutting corners, hitting winners...Do you think it is just because of the racket? I mean I felt freerer on the court yesterday, shall I switch to extreme just on whim? It just felt easier to swing the racket

    is this an arm friendly racket? I have had issues with the stiffness of the aero 100 2023 causing regular arm pain, Something I only got very occasionally with my old yonex vcore. I also find it awkward to swing... it doesn't feel smooth. The stiffness rating on the mp is much lower than the aero so take it its ok?

    If you are used to heavier frames it could be your wrist snaps too fast with this frame, so you basically overspin the ball if you know what i mean... ,)
