6. Prof AK Jain on his approach to driving learning in the classroom

Prof Jain discusses how attention spans have dwindled over the years. He also goes to mention that knowledge about various topics could be acquired through other secondary sources and one wouldn’t need to come to IIMA just for the course material. He discusses the concept of KASH (Knowledge, Attitudes, Skills and Habits) which eventually drives performance and career/life outcomes. He also shares how he went about trying to instil KASH in his students and how far he would push the boundaries in this pursuit.
