Please help Mahima Sagar (battling with SMA)
Summary
Mahima Sagar (12), based in Hyderabad, is unfortunately dealing with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a condition which significantly impacts her ability to move and conduct the activities of a normal child. She is the daughter of Veronica Madhumitha and grand-daughter of Brigadier CS Vidyasagar.
She needs to take the patented drug Risdiplam (a patented drug made by Roche Pharmaceuticals) over a prolonged period of time. This costs around INR 5 Crores (about USD 0.6 Million), an amount that is out of bounds for their family. We request your support (Financially or helping with connects in Roche or otherwise) in making the treatment accessible for Mahima.

Decisions around transitions can be high stakes and lonely. Leaders often have access to the best advisors w...

It was great to hear this conversation and as a take away there are great direction setting attributes. One Question...On Kissan it was said that building category (solving unsolved problem) should work better so how could in the example shared how could adding new products of Kissan is not a right decision given from category perspective this seems right thing to do!

Should not creates Heroes too soon, differentiation is prudent way. Follow the process or rule. How do I grow faster... Capital focus, rotation focus. I liked your genuinity and authenticity to address the issue of transitions. I fully believe in the support required at that vulnerable stage. You could make it big if you have the right environment and the support or slip despite best credentials. If there is anything that I can do to share my experiences with you, do not hesitate to reach out. Good luck.Shalini
