reckon they made that cabin in the 1950s and added on in the 1960s there were lots of land sales in the 1950s when parks and camping became a thing but they got older and the sight abandoned in the 1980s when the new AMX cars came out and before jet skis were popular .. . plenty of folks would buy a d4 dozer and clear all four acres and build a steel sided pole barn big enough to hold two pickups two trailers 4 jet skis, 4 quadrunners two mowers a mini RV 40x120' .
When they dammed up the river to create Bull Shoals lake it flooded my family cemetery. The graves had to be move to a new location a couple miles from the original burial. I was not raised in the area but would like to own some land down there someday and possibly retired there. I enjoy watching your videos and thinking about my ancestors. Take care...
@@InstantAcres Interesting... I have never watched that show but maybe I should. lol.... Haskins is my family name. My Dad was born in Thornfield. Preston Dow Haskins was one of my ancestors and a early settlers in the area. Info from his grave posted online. This grave was relocated from the Old Haskins Cemetery when the Bulls Shoals Dam covered it by water in May 1950. The old cemetery was located in a field at the edge of Green Hollow NE croenr NE 1/4, NE 1/4 Sec 5 T22N R15W and about 2 miles from this New Friend Cemetery.
My daughter always loved going to Branson MO, She says the Ozarks area is the most beautiful,,,its close for sure. I live in Guatemala right now because my SSDI is not enough for a decent rental in US. Ultimately my daughter wants to homestead in the Ozarks. Do you handle any property with a livable or close home? Is the land you offer farmable? It appears this is a good growing zone. We'd ultimately like to be darn near if not off all public utilities. Have a well, that means not being close to any commercial agriculture. And a few acres to develop in to a food producing farm for us and extras to barter or sell. Are you experienced with this type property?
Nice i love how dense the diversity of wood is and personally id rebuild a new log cabin right where that one is using the same local lumber and reusing the foundation and fireplace 😎👌 whats the total cost? Im interested
Do you have anything with an old barn with a few acres maybe 5 or so but I need an old barn I can fix up for a blacksmith's shop and a few trees I can run thru my old bandsaw mill to do barn repairs let me know one way or another thanks
The problem is can u do anything on this land like live in a shed/tiny home or camper like a 5th wheel? ? I noticed in a lot if not all the land u actually have to build a house/cabin/foundation ect ect. I need land i can not have to do that on. If u have any of that im in???
Sorry, no, you cannot live in a shed/camper/etc. on this property. In order to live on the property you would need to build at least a 600 square foot cabin/home on a concrete foundation.
we have land in west texas mountains cornudas ba7artistgroup@gmail.com I have 40 acres and renting any amount of acreage YOU CAN BUILD WHAT YOU WANT! AND LIVE IN A CAMPER no building zones off grid mountains.

They sure do sell quickly! We leave the videos on UA-cam because if we took them off the buyers would no longer be able to view them (we understand how that can be frustrating and we definitely apologize!)
Jamie, you've got to move quickly on these! As of NOW this tract is still available. Use the link in the UA-cam video if you want to make your down payment and "lock it in". Or, here is the link again: instantacres.com/parcels/view/497
