- Our Norwegian Road Trip begins in Oslo. We flew from Reykjavik to Oslo, where we spent the night. The next day we drove to Oslo downtown, took some drone footage and since almost everything was closed on Sunday (rest day in Norway) we continued our trip to Bergen driving via scenic route over the mountains and fjords. This is just a beginning our our journey around Norway, from Oslo to Bergen and beautiful fjords around Geiranger all the way to amazing Lofoten Islands!! Hi, is it not difficult to drive from Oslo to Bergen via flam?
It's not that difficult, you just have to watch the speed and the ride is very scenic

I noticed you used a drone for some parts of your video. Did you get permissions to fly the drone? I will be driving from Oslo to Bergen in August and plan to use my DJI mini for the scenic views. So would. Appreciate any information.

Did you have no problem finding a fuel car at the airport rental place? I hear they are switching over to EV but I prefer gas.
We rented our car via Booking.com supplied by Sixt rental company couple of months in advance and we had no issues with finding a gas fuel car. There are many EV cars in Norway but still plenty of gas fueled cars as well so you should be fine if renting in advance since they might be limited in supplies.
How did you find parking in downtown Oslo? Was it easy to find parking?
It was actually pretty easy with parking in downtown Oslo; we just looked for the public parking sign and we parked there and it was also pretty cheap.

You went for a road trip in Norway, and you rented an exhaust car?!? You could have saved a lot of money renting an EV, and had a more pleasant trip.
