I'm 44 and very interested in weight training at home. I'm on HRT and it might be a good idea to start with weightlifting to lose/control weight and build muscle. I began weight training in the spring, so I am still a beginner with at-home workouts. There are so many dumbbell exercises and techniques around which are more confusing than helpful. I find your basic videos very informative and helpful. As you have more experience, do you have any advice on which exercises I should focus on? Or exercises that I could add additionally to your existing total body workout. Thank you, Rae.

(So what days to do arms, legs etc) I’m 54 and healthy but with a family history of pelvic prolapse. (I did comment this question on another of your videos but then realised it’s a few years old so thought you might not see it) ❤

Hi Maryann 🤗 Thanks for joining me! That’s a really good question and it’s not something I have but UA-cam should be able to help you with that. They change things all the time but at the moment you should be able to go to the videos tab and select to put them in order of recently uploaded. The other thing to do is to look at my playlists, that should help you find your way nicely through the content. Please let me know if that helps. 🥰💜
