Civil Forfeiture, Eminent Domain, Stop & Frisk- Did you know police can just take your stuff if they "SAY" that they suspect it's involved in a crime? They can!... It’s a shady process called “civil asset forfeiture,” Because they charge your money, or your car, or your home, and not you yourself of the crime, they don't have to give said property the same due process. No jury trial, no requirement to prove their case past a reasonable doubt. Legal robbery, basically.. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects. Against unreasonable searches and seizures. Is Being violated by cops from all agencies as a matter of routine. In many cases warrants are NOT official, and typed up after the violation assuming any charges are being brought. With no valid probable cause by any stretch of the imagination. If they find nothing, cops often deny they even stopped and detained you. If they do find anything it's easy for them to make out a warrant and back date it to before the stop. I have personally seen them do this and will eagerly take a lie detector test, will they? The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures. It requires governmental searches and seizures to be conducted only upon issuance of a warrant, judicially sanctioned by probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized. It is part of the Bill of Rights and was adopted in response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, a type of general search warrant issued by the British government, and a major source of tension in pre-Revolutionary America. The Fourth Amendment was introduced in Congress in 1789 by James Madison, along with the other amendments in the Bill of Rights, in response to Anti-Federalist objections to the new Constitution. Congress submitted the amendment to the states on September 28, 1789. By December 15, 1791, the necessary three-fourths of the states had ratified it. On March 1, 1792, Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson announced the adoption of the amendment.
Cool, so are you going to get mad at the minimum wage street cop or are you going to get mad at the financial elite legislatures who actually passed said laws in the first place?
@@Lakeland_IV . Show me one cop who only gets minimum wage. They make good money to beat and rape people and then they get to take people's homes and cars.

Great speech by Ned Pettus in 2019. Unfortunately, by 2022 a few Cols officers tragically forgot their true mission and roles.
