Welcome to the T-Rex Moller Overdrive pedal! If you're looking for a super versatile overdrive pedal, this is it. If you're looking for a super versatile overdrive pedal with a separate clean boost, this is it. That's right folks, unlike some other overdrive / boost pedals, the T-Rex Moller Overdrive allows you to use the clean boost by itself to push the input of your tube amp into crunchy bliss, or to boost your overdrive volume to beat out the loud ass bass player when you're soloing. Another great feature of the T-Rex Moller is the Mix knob which allows you to mix in some dry signal to keep the sparkle alive in your overdrive tone.
The T-Rex Moller is fat! This little overdrive pedal definitely delivers the goods for overdrive. With just a little hair around the edges, the Moller gives classic tube screamer type tones with more clarity and definition than ever. The Voice switch allows the Moller to work just right with single coils and humbuckers alike, beefing up those thin sounding Strats and Teles to keep up with your Les Paul. Lastly, the clean boost is Clean! Super transparent as well, the T-Rex Moller gives you the best of both worlds, boost and overdrive, in one pedal.
MI Audio has a great pedal called the "crunch box". I have both the OCD and the crunch box going through a Fender 65 Deluxe reverb. The ocd gives the amp something to cook while the crunch box has a bit more gain-like that of a Marshall. That way you have the clean of the Fender and with the flick of the switch you have that great Marshall roar!
I tried this pedal today into a Laney VC30 112. Really marvellous. Very versatile overdrive.
Nice little Money on the end:)
Top quality demo, as always... Companies should pay you for all the advertisement you give them with all of these demos... thanks once again, guys!
YES, i knew it was takin care o bizness the first 2,3 strumms !
The T-Rex Tremonti pedal is awesome.
The Zvex Box of rock. it has a boost and a distortion switch. very useful.
@Weismann mÖller :) its a nice sounding pedal....
I'd love to see a demo of the Mudhoney pedal!
Well, wearing out the tubes depends on how much you crank them and the pedal (which cranks the tubes) the more volume and gain you put through, the less life the tubes will have.
Wow, someone's in a great mood :b
that depends on what you want to use it for. for metal and hard rock i think the mudhoony i better and møller for blues and old school rock
Judging by youtube videos and magazine/website articles, in general, this one looks the best, me thinks. some others I saw were.... blyeah. comparing to other BRANDS. I think its like $270
you know, i dont really find much of a differnce with the pedals with preamp tubes as compared to these other beautique pedals. They clean up comparibly just as well and have almost matching tone.
Damn Americans!! It's called the Møller not the Moller!! :P
Awesome pedal!!
yup
hey, sounds great,,,,,anyone here know the "oasis supersonic" sounding riff he played..was it an oasis original or another song from the past.....cheers
@ProGuitarShopDemos -- How would you compare this pedal to a Fulldrive 2, using a strat through fender amp? Thanks.
Well done
Taking Care of Business!
Very good Danish guitarist Knud Møller was part of the development of this pedal, thats why it has the møller name.

Loud ass bass player ? Yeh right I've yet to see a guitar player get drowned out by us bassists
i tried one of these in store and it just didnt give me quite as heavy a tone as on here, i was quite disappointed, i did play around with the settings alot though
might just be because my guitars pickups/hollowbody though
@musicman69123 I agree!
Money, it's a crime...man, too bad I can't afford this pedal yet!
Hmm, Danish effects
isn't this the same thing as the discontinued TC electronics vintage tube primer?
Hi guys! Im using a Peavey 5150 amp, using the 2nd channel on the amp as my main gain sound / distortion sound or metal sound if u will... My question is this: Will adding a overdrive pedal add anything to my metal sound when Im allready using a high gain distortion from the amp, or will it just muddle the sound?
So, which would you pick, this one, the Mudhoney or the Barber Small Fry?
Noel Gallagher was paying homage to T-Rex!
@stevoe1000 i think its a T Rex tune which Noel ripped off.
is the circuit similiar to a TS?
Does it have true bypass?
He's not... A Sd-1 is pretty good at pushing a tubeamp into distortion. And for 90's rock a Jcm800 and an overdrive like a sd-1 or an ocd to push the amp will be great!
@Volbeatownzuass Möller not dude duud
G&L LEGACY? thru a 65 Amp Soho?? NOOOO!!!! it must be a G&L Comanchee! there's no reason to live!
Dude Møller, not Moller?:D
Rattlehead930@ i dont think they got æøå
maybe he couldn't find the button...
Now I'm mad at myself. I let one of these get away from me at $150.
I'm English, therefore the reason you speak English.
