I have a 2002 Dodge ram 1500 4.7 3rd generation it does the same after I replaced the TPS sensor and spark plugs and coil plugs and air filter still does the same in the morning only any one have an idea please comment down on this reply
Mine sounded like it was going to fall apart, would not stay running burning oil and ran real rich pinned out a bunch of p codes and you know what the problem was.....a bad alternator and it caused all the problems that's on a dodge 2000 4x4 slt with 250000 miles so maybe check that out first
I have a 4.7 Dodge Durango that idles up high when in drive by itself. First thought maybe my foot was on the accelerator instead of brake had to throw it up in neutral to make it quit this is happened several times and the vehicle has always been front sloping downhill when this happens
@@tyler18596 idle air control valve was really dirty I just took it out and cleaned it really good put it back in and it work perfect save spend any money on it
Did I missed something in this video? Solved? What?
I know this is a old video but my friend is having the same problem did you ever find out what it was
I've done literally the exact same thing, I've replaced all sensors all everything, even engine and it won't stop stalling out
Its the passenger ground wire on the battery.
It’s a dirty throttle body pull it off and clean it
That could very well be my issue.. @@ManuelHernandez-fl2vo

How did it run on freeway?
I’ve always used champion plugs in Chrysler engines
I noticed the oil pressure gauge isn't moving
idle position sensor, speed sensor, i would replace first, bout 25 together
I should have read this comment before I got every other sensor
and in one sentence...what was the solution to this?
Clashing Zack MAP sensor; check description
Clashing Zack its dont buy a fucking dodge they are trash

its hard to know what your issue is?
What is my problem 1996 Dodge 4/4 1500 ,5.9 1 and 8 miss fire changed so much stuff
possible dirty MAF sensor, fuel injectors or fuel filter
carlo juancho funtanilla This engine does not use MAF; it uses a MAP sensor only
Fuel filter us part of the fuel pump, inside the tank 🤔
So what did you replaced
my 2001 doing same thing I have tryed evreything its all brand new motor every thing wireing and all I have it norrowed down to the fuel pump
+Taylor Sisler I would start troubleshooting sensors. I've bought new sensors that were bad on a few occasions.
No help at all.
What is the problem here it seems to be fine
Speedometer was not moving at all
@@keepfaithlopez8832 it never left park. It wasn't moving.
