Red Dead Stories: Dutch Robs Bank in Blackwater (All Cutscenes)
Вставка
- Опубліковано 9 бер 2019
- Word has it that Dutch Van Der Linde is coming into Blackwater to meet with the Banker. John heads to the bank joining Edgar Ross and his posse. The posse ends up on a roof across the courtyard from the bank and must snipe Dutch's gang before they get away.
Once inside the bank, a small stand-off between Marston and Dutch ends with the death of a female bank worker and Dutch's escape. The posse rides a short distance tailing Dutch, killing more of his gang along the way. Despite finding Dutch's automobile burning on the side of the road, he still manages to escape. Ross, of course, blames Marston. - Ігри

@@PathiosProductions i agree

It was kinda similar but not the same way, Milton gave Hosea a few seconds after pushing him (probably thinking if he should shoot Hosea or not) Dutch shot the girl without a second thought in cold blood.
This is probably how Heidi McCourt was killed on the ferry, you have a slowly unhinged Dutch holding Heidi as a hostage. He tried to spin a yarn to the cops & pinkertons while trying to find a way off the boat. Due to the number of lawman, he's under serious pressure and also due to Michas urging, he killed her in a rage/tactic to startle everyone and buy them a few seconds to run and gun there way out.
John was probaby horrified and got shot cause he couldnt focus after seeing her get popped but he makes it out. Sean gets knocked out & captured while trying to run away. Mac is seperated and killed by Milton after. Javier, Bill, Dutch and Micah all get out unscathed carrying a wounded Davey until Hosea, Arthur, Lenny and Charles probably get to town and they all escape from West Elizabeth to Colter and between that journey, Jenny is killed by a pinkerton as they get around to the mountains that are out of the map in grizzlies east.

I love how John manages to keep his composure when Dutch tries to get in his head, when really Dutch was the one who trained John not to let people mess around with him so he can focus.
Hutchinson Films John was popular because he was such a mature protagonist for a rockstar game. He didn’t let small petty things get to him and always kept his composure...as opposed to the young John who goes absolutely savage whenever you order him to go in for the kill on certain mission lol.
Anyways Dutch speech was just a distraction while he slowly goes to the door to make his way out
@@highlivin1917 well he didn't always keep his composure, remember when he freaks out on archer, irish, and nigel too? he gets impatient and i like that about him
@@macafromthewired I think John is always on the edge of breaking in RDR, because his family for all he know could be dead. So when he meets someone that doesn't immediately help him work to his goal of rescuing them, like Archer, Irish and Nigel, he starts to crack.

There’s something sincere about Rob’s delivery of “It’s over man.” There’s a lack of contempt in it, like John doesn’t feel personal animosity towards Dutch, nor does he still admire him, but still has enough history with him to address him casually and sincerely.
I always thought that too. Kinda sad honestly
John hates Dutch's guts. "You see a man corrupted; I see a man who has been found out for who he truly was". You people are overreaching to whitewash Dutch or cast him in a sympathetic light.

s vh Knowig his fate in rdr1 you could say so but if you never played rdr1 and barely started playing rdr2 then No it’s not easy to see he’s a lier
Funnily enough; he actually seems like he has it more together in RDR1 when he's supposedly ran off into the woods and gone crazy.
He honestly seems more unhinged in RDR2 when he... ran off into the woods (shocker) taking a gang of people with him, and started talking about setting up a Mango-Munching Utopia.
And I like how he went from looking like Frank Zappa in a fancy vest to looking like Tom Selleck in a dirty onesie.
I think the only crazy thing about him in RDR1 is his clothes, he was acting a lot stranger in RDR2 but he just cared a little bit more for fashion and personal hygiene back then.
His time is pretty much past
3Block Ko He really was. Dude kept hitting on different girls and didn’t tell the others what really happened in Black Water, instead keeps silent about it. He’s more of a cult leader than a Robin Hood. Dutch tells others to have “faith” and makes others donate money (when at the end had the money in Black Water all along) and in order to upgrade tents, must upgrade his first than everyone else’s. Cult leaders also picks up people at their lowest point and deceive them into their scheme. At the end Dutch just became like Colm O' Driscoll, having alot of indian natives without knowning their names. After the fall of the Van Der Linde gang, it was all about numbers for Dutch.

Hmmmmm... I don’t know. I’m pretty sure the ending of the epilogue basically meant Dutch knew Micah was the reason for the downfall of his gang/family. He knew Micah was the rat ever since Arthur told him at the end of chapter 6 he just didn’t come to terms with it but who knows maybe a couple years later in 1911 seeing John with all the agents may have changed his mind

They wanted john to be the one to eventually kill him. Thats why when dutch kills himself Ross takes Johns gun and shoots dutchs body. John is only a scapegoat throughout the entire game. Anyone else notice the small inconsistency with Dutch using a car rather than a horse to get away? Ross mentions the getaway car at 7:53.
I say this is an inconsistency because soon after they shoot the girl in the head, Ross states that they’re making their escape and they have to catch up to them. In the first government/Blackwater mission, John himself says that he could walk faster than the car they were riding in. But when you’re chasing Dutch after leaving the bank, it’s clear that they have a tremendous amount of distance between them. How could that slow car have outran an entire squadron of agents with fast horses?
This never broke my immersion or anything, I just always found it a little silly and like to laugh at it anytime I do a new play through. Dutch must’ve been using the 1911 equivalent of NOS for him to have gotten away that fast.

-"Dont it just"
Damn that cuts so much deeper after playing thru the earlier gang days in RDR2! 😔
I like how's the sheriff like "IT'S YOUR FAULT MARSTON!". Dude, you could take 2 steps to your left, and be on the side of Linde, but you stayed with John, aiming for the girl. Good job, you found that butch in cereals?
The fact this game sunk it's claws into as at a young age, and then somehow delivered an even more compelling sequel years later. The greatest video game series of our generation.
I did not age well, atleast im the 1899 one, young and stable
Dutch Van der Linde Far from stable you bastard
are you the rael duch vandir len
@@GraveDigger-hq6le Yeah definitely
Hey Dutch
It's 15 years and Dutch still has a plan..What,I'm trying to keep the meme alive
5:02 "Your the master now." Lol that quote always gets me😂.
Kinky isint it
"When I left you I was but the learner, now I am the master."
I imagine the situation where Dutch killed a girl in blackwater is not the first time.
If you remember at the beginning of rdr2 the members were contemplating Dutch’s actions at blackwater involving a girl.
Damn, I was just thinking how Dutch in RDR2 explained how he had to kill a girl during the Blackwater heist but didn't want to and now you see him do this.
That’s a very dirty scope!
Watching this after playing rdr2: you've changed Dutch and not entirely for the better
I love that this mission is an homage to the opening robbery of The Wild Bunch
Replaying RDR1 for the millionth time after replaying RDR2 for the second time and it’s sad to see the difference between Dutch in RDR & Dutch in RDR2. He truly lost His mind.
Dutch's story is similar to Handome Jack's story, a good guy falling into madness becoming crazy throughout the whole story
I find it cool that John still said he would much rather killing the pinkertons than kill Dutch the man who left him for dead. Really shows how deep the bond with the gang was.
Kinda weird tho at the end of RDR2 they leave on good terms with Dutch saving him from Micah and John thanking him. Makes it kinda weird for him to be annoyed with him about leaving him years later
Damn, I forget the horses were on crack in this game. 😂
