interesting because I find his swing to be a bit unwieldy and his tempo very abrupt.
started golfing with my daughter at 3yrs old, always looked at it in the sense that if she gets good and wants to progress great will support her but what is really important is that I have something I can enjoy with her for the rest of my life, so the goal has always been to make it fun for her and not worry about how good she gets or anything competitive, just about spending a good time with dad, and if that's all it ends up being for her, Ill be the happiest dad in the world.

George, Without a doubt you are my favorite UA-cam golfer. Love the way you handle yourself on the course and love your game!
George is simply just a class act of a human being! I actually got excited when this podcast dropped and I saw his name as your guest this week! Not only does he seem like an amazing, super down to earth guy, but he has one of the nicest non-touring pro golf swings I have ever seen! In my opinion, he not only has the game/skill to get on tour but to compete. He just has that "tour pro strike" sound at impact and I love to hear it every video! George and Wesley's match series are done of my favorite videos on UA-cam!

I love watching Georges video's. he's always got a positive attitude and his driver and his putting are lights out! I'ts always cool when Wesley is back on it's like that cool successful brother back visiting for a holiday. I'd like to see you and Guy play George and Wes sometime.

Agreed. Just wish the PGA would dump more funds into the Korn Ferry. I can almost guarantee that Jerge makes more money thru UA-cam and IG than what he would average on the KF. That's a shame

Guy and Rick! I see a missed opportunity every time I watch a podcast on YT! You have that screen with Rick's logo on it in between the 2 of you. Why don't you ever use it to play footage or clips from old videos? Or use it to show pictures like when you're talking about the new Titleist TSR drivers, you should have a picture on the screen while you're talking. Anyway just a thought, keep it up boys!

Love the format of Guy and Rick covering updates in the world of golf and then moving to the interview. It feels like they can dig more into stuff, like the drivers, without feeling like they’re on the clock for the guest. Great ep as always!
I feel like there was plenty more to unpack here, wish the episode was longer. George really comes across as a genuinely nice guy in everything he does, couple that with being a great golfer and you’ve got probably the best golf related UA-cam channel around. Keep it up dude!

Excellent interview. It’s pretty awesome hearing George talk about his dad’s golf academy. I live down the road and pass by it every day. I’ve never gotten to meet him or his family because I moved to South Carolina about 5 years ago. I play with a few guys that have competed with Wesley and George though.

Great show! Wesley’s a classmate of mine. I recall going to his 6th birthday and Wesley got an adult driver GB3 was going to cut down to his height 😂. Golf is definitely in their blood!

Quick story regarding Wesley Bryan. We live in Myrtle Beach and when my son Nicklaus was around 12 or 13 we went up to Columbia SC to Fort Jackson to play in a qualifier for a bigger event. Well we were paired up with Wesley Bryan. I'll never forget being on the range and Wesley(with his dad I'm pretty sure) was hitting balls about 30 yards away from us on the range. Absolutely striping it and I knew we were in trouble lol. Parents were allowed to caddy so I was up close for the round. My son shot 77 if I remember correctly but in comparison seemed like he shot 100. Wesley had 6 birds and 1 bogey(3 putt on 10). He won the qualifier shooting the easiest 67 I have ever seen. Like a little tour pro...

Before I get too far into this interview with one of my favorite guys in UA-cam, I need to say that the broken McDonald's shake machine bit just sent me spinning. Always assumed that was an America problem only. That's wild. It's gotta be in the manual.
Can see what you mean about titleist drivers and woods, work in a golf shop and we have what seems like 100's of ping, taylormade, callaway and cobra woods in stock out on the floor, but we only have 4 titleist drivers, we sold 2 this year. One was a +2 golfer and the other a +3... so yea, fair point 😂
