These are very rare and always loved how these hatchbacks are manuals only. Leave the performance models to those who know how to handle stick shifts. 😂

Good video as usual. Thanks for the sunroof invite together; I felt special.

Excellent! Most of what I do in my day to day is to make people such as yourself feel special.

I LOVE mine - it's exactly like this one; silver, 84k, and I've taken good care of it. There's some oxidation on the roof, otherwise body condition is about the same as this one. There are some minor rubber trim needs.
It's my 3rd Civic hatchback since '98 and I'm pretty sure I'd buy nothing else. The other two were donated to animal rescues when I decided I wanted a newer model. I truly adore this car.

Very nice car you’ve got there!
But I’ve heard older Hondas can be prone to the dreaded tin-worm - any sign of problems on yours? Particularly underneath, and therefore out of sight?
Normally, a California car would be thought of as probably rust-free, but in N. California the climate is quite a lot wetter?

It's a shame as I would have paid $18,000 for this unmolested EP3. It was just bad timing. Had this car been auctioned 3 weeks before it was put on Cars and Bids, I had $20,000 and looking for one of these. I ended up paying $18,000 for one with 63K miles on it, that was all the way in New Jersey that had A LOT of issues with it. I paid $1700 for transport, $3038 to repair the damaged suspension and change the bald tires, $400 to fix the timing and ECU, $2048 to pay for out of state Registration. I live in Whittier California. SO NOT WORTH IT. I was so sad when I saw this one while it was live on Cars and Bids and bummed when it finished at only $12K (again I would have paid a lot more). So sad, it was just less than a month too late. I think if it was auctioned sooner, me buying it would have greatly benefited both the seller and buyer. I'm attaching the link of the car I have (I'm not sure if it will be marked spam or not). But I'm still heartbroken. Oh well, it's done.

I had many past experiences like that rushing into buying the car that I wanted. The point is to learn the lesson because I guarantee it will be useful for your future wether another or even a house, etc.
