- Many things you can do with a stock gen 4 truck intake aka TBSS intake. In this video, I show you some things I learned while messing with them. Maybe one day, I’ll get a baller Holley or BTR intake manifold. Until then, I’m gonna ride out this ole plastic boi.

Top hole was for the tbe breather to the valve cover originally, rear port was also for the booster originally
i, dont know where you got the idea to plumb up the intake that way, but thank you and i definitely just subscribed.im working on a ls swapped 78 2 door fairmont,with a single turbo team z k-member, tubular front end and by spring a team z cage,detroit speed engineering through the floor subframe connectors.and mini tubs.

Hey man, Would you mind showing a video how you routed the lines for turbo, fuel etc with those PTC fittings on the intake. I cant seem to understand which each ones goes to and for what reason. I am new to the turbo side and want to do it to my S10
I like the clean boost/vacuum reference to the FPR. Nice and clean and from the top looks good, where'd you get the fittings from? Intake looks great!
Thank you! Appreciate it. Fittings & hose are just some 1/4 push to connect. Drilled & tapped top of intake to 1/4 npt for 90 fitting & FPR is 1/16 push to connect 1/4 tube fitting.

great video.. stumbled across it and looks like it makes sense ! any further tweaks that you found you had to do? and a questions, i am converting from DBW to DBC for simplicity.. what DBC bracket did you use? did you have a part number that you could share for a DBC bracket on a TBSS/NNBS intake?
I still run the exact set up over a year later & it’s been flawless! For DBC bracket, I used Glenn’s Auto Performance & cable is a stock Buick Rendezvous straight from Rock Auto. One side is GM style so it clips right in the cable bracket & the other is just a cable so you can cut it to your length & use a cable stop for the stock Foxbody pedal. Works great as well!

Hey! I just picked up a new throttle body, but without the vent for PCV - would that 1/8 NPT you threaded in the manifold right behind the TB replace TB connection?

No idea on exact ones but truck style I believe.
Did you need an adapter to run the new Bosch 210s on the tbss intake?
Also what style fuel rails are those? Are they the ls2 style rails?
Ls2 yes & no didn’t need adapters for the 48mm 210s
