When the FAA complies with the US Constitution, I will consider complying with the FAA!
I can understand that sentiment.
Remote ID is the shizzle. My drones fly better, the pictures and video are more vivid and I'm sure my wife lives me just a little bit more since Remote ID came into effect. 😛
You almost had me until you said your wife loves you more. LOL
I heard that the FAA is going to mandate that all drone pilots put an antenna up their arse to improve remote ID surveillance, control and compliance! The sad part is, that most FPV pilots will be falling all over themselves to make their FAA Nanny happy!
I don't think that's true. What I am getting from most of the people I've heard from is that they are either not going to comply or do not have the ability to comply.@@ghettogardens1
@@bentsprockettech You maybe right. Until I see drone pilots standing up for their constitutionally protected rights, all I see is Stockholm Syndrome! As for me, I only obey constitutional laws! And then, only constitutional laws that pertain to me! As applied to me, Remote ID is clearly unconstitutional. Good luck!

Welcome to the Nanny State! The entire drone community has Stockholm Syndrome! Self regulation and control! Is the FAA your Nanny?
I do not recall having a nanny, but it seems that you are trying to be that for me now. Thank you for your comment, but I was trying to to provide this solely as information for those who will need and want to use it. For example, Part 107 pilots who have to work for a living. You always have the ability to choose whether you personally are going to comply or not.

I will be honest, personally, I think that these agencies like the DMV, FAA, go down the list, are unconstitutional. I think that this might be a good discussion for a livestream and maybe we can bring someone who has studied constitutional law to answer some of these questions for us. I do think that people have given up freedom for a little "safety" in all of these cases. I'm sorry this got into the right and wrong of things discussion, I simply wanted to show technology working as I do at times. @@anonymoussoulFPV
