Great review brother. I live in Woodstock, not sure how far you are but would love to grab a stogie with ya. I’m definitely getting this u it for the winter smokes indoors.
Hey you never got around to making any more reviews with the Rabbit Air. I am considering this unit for my small office in my man cave and would like to know your honest thoughts on if you think it's worth purchasing.
Another great video. Thanks for the info. On the fence buying one. Could you maybe throw in a cigar review every now and then? Love to see what you run across and smoke regularly. Thanks
Just bought a rabbit air and love it. My only concern is that it doesn’t get rid of the smoke smell that’s left in the room. What do you recommend getting rid of that? Thank you 😊
The only thing that will get rid of that is to regularly wash your walls and baseboards. That sounds awful right? But, if you do it quickly once a week it's not as big of a job as it is if you wait a month and then try to do it.
You can use an ozone generator to rid the smell of smoke that attaches to surfaces. Make sure you take precautions and know how to use it correctly and safely.
Take this advice from someone that has worked in High-End Tobacconists/ Cigar Lounges since 2009 and has a background in electronics. The RabbitAir is a scam. It's basically a cheap small room HEPA/Media air purifier in a fancy case. It can't cycle air fast enough through 3 layers of media with the small CFM fan provided to cycle the air in even a small room, and heavy pollutants like cigar tar will clog the first two filters before the Carbon filter will ever be used up. You need to find yourself an old school Electrostatic air purifier, like the kind that used to hang on the ceilings in bars. A UAS Smokeeter SE20 or LakeAir La500/Maxum would be perfect for your man-cave. These types of air purifiers use high voltage ionization and charge differential to attract heavy smoke particulates and tar to the washable aluminum collection cell, and an activated charcoal post-filter to remove odor causing gasses. The only filter you need to replace is the charcoal odor filter every few months. You can clean the collection cell in a utility sink with hot water and an aluminum safe de-greaser like Zep Fast 505.
Take it from someone who's worked in the air filtration industry for over 30 years, electrostatic air filtration systems are the worst in the industry. The minute the "collection cell" as you call it gets dirty they pop, if one of the wires gets cut the filter will arc and you my as well toss it out. Talk about an expensive replacement part..... When the filter gets the slightest bit dirty, it charges the particles and they stick on the first thing once the pass the filter which is the housing of the unit, depending on the model or the wall.
@@frankbishop4141 I asked this question to fsjonsey but I'll ask you as well. What you would recommend for someone with a budget of $800? The room is a 10' by 12' with a 8' ceiling. Thanks
Frank Bishop just bought a dyson tpo1 mainly to cut down on weed smoke which I know is a lot less carbon than tobacco. Do you think I’ll be good with this?

Hi
Thank you for the video. Can I ask you about the intro music. I remember it was a famous song but I couldn't remember it !!
I'm considering buying this but most reviews I'm reading say that the rabbit doesn't work as advertised for smoking and that it hardly does anything

Good video, good product. Down here in New Orleans, as you know, I don't want to go outside in August!!
I need one of these for our Arizona summers. Summertime is our hibernation season, miserable to do anything outside, day or night.

Does it work against Marijuana. The smoke from neighbors comes in through my closet.
That’s cool. Can’t wait to see the future reviews. Do you have to buy replacement filters? Or do you manually clean them? Thanks brother Daryl!
You can vacuum the filters, but eventually they will have to be changed.
Curious, what part of Illinois?

Not sure, I have the same problem, I just use Frebreeze in the basement once the Rabbit Air has removed the smoke.
