Dear, I try to balance marriage with other social relationships by making a genuine effort to fully engage in every context I find myself in. It's important to be authentic in all interactions, and I believe that being true to yourself becomes clearer and easier when you take the time to reflect and meditate. Authenticity is our natural state, which is why it feels simple when we allow ourselves to be in tune with it. However, we often complicate things by choosing to live in ways that go against our true nature, by being inauthentic or "fake," which creates unnecessary conflict within us
