    Bro have you ever heard of " kalari" or "kalaripayattu" . it's called the mother of all martial arts which true and originates from South East Asia which is mainly from the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu in the country India . If you haven't already checked out it , you better check it out, cuz it requires insane flexibility, agility and have a wide range of techniques which is really hard to master

    I don't necesarily think boxing is the hardest to learn or master, but for sure I think competing is the hardest. Straight brain damage for soooo many rounds. If tyou get knocked out, stand up in 10 or you lose. Just battered and battered. I don't think that wrestling and bjj are easier to master, but competition is difrferent

      most martial arts are sluggish, only boxing has that "flow" when moves seem to come out so smoothly and naturally, and extremely effective, when performed by someone with skill. Other martial arts seem to rely on brute strength and luck way too much, especially with those lucky kicks.

      I'd say wrestling is harder to do, but BJJ may be harder to master. A lot of different positions in jiu jitsu compared to wrestling.
      Been doing BJJ 6 months and have wrestled since I was 4

    • @freakgames5906
      @freakgames5906 Місяць тому +3

      @@phantom.wreathThis puts it perfectly. Wrestling is way harder training by 10 fold, but BJJ just has an insane skill ceiling. Not saying wrestling doesn't have a ridiculous skill ceiling, it's just BJJ (may) have a higher one

    • @phantom.wreath
      @phantom.wreath Місяць тому

      @@freakgames5906 The only thing wrestling has over BJJ is takedowns and intensity.
      Watching BJJ is insufferable sometimes because it's just two dudes playing patty cake on their ass. They need to readjust the rules, add some stalling calls, and make sitting on your ass a point deduction.

    I would have to agree in the sense that with stand up striking arts, you can make space and take a breather, perhaps lower our hands for a second of two if your shoulders have worn. Newaza (ground) Judo (not Tachi Waza / stand up) and BJJ in my experience both require elongated bouts of physicality, where you are unable to break apart and gather yourself. Never wanted to be sick quicker than after a few rounds of wrestling on the ground with strong opponents. I would say the distinction between the difficulty of boxing and wrestling would be that in boxing you are severely limited in what you can throw as a strike, but wrestling is so physically demanding.

  • @mizutxko

    I would put Wrestling over BJJ, because of how hard cutting weight and lifting heavy people is too me, and the warm up feels like a workout for the whole week. But BJJ is hard to master and getting your joints locked and learning so much techniques is super hard. I really agree with Boxing, they spar so hard, and I have a fountain of sweat when training, Boxing is extremely hard, even Muay Thai compared to Boxing is soft. Muay Thai has better techniques, but Boxing trains better imo. Getting hit in the head is really scary, and liver shots sends my soul out my body for a few seconds. Muay Thai trains softer

    • @maxrez609
      @maxrez609 Місяць тому

      as a muay thai guy it depends on the gym really but i've trained in both muay thai and boxing and i can say both of them are about just as difficult but kicks require so much cardio to throw constantly full power with good technique its not even funny while i can still punch hard, fast and have good technique without gasing out quite easily but boxing is still very good conditioning but the conditioning of a kickboxer or a muay thai fighter is insane cause a kick has around 1.5x the power of a punch so your resistance to body shots with both your arms and your abs and your legs get way tougher in muay thai but i'm not trying to discredit boxing or start a war but getting a hard kick in the liver is way worse than a punch and getting kicked in the head while slipping into it can give you a concussion even if thrown softly but here again in a boxing gym you get way more gym wars than you do in muay thai gyms but its your opinion and i'm not trying to judge i'm just telling you mine since we seem to have different opinions so i could also learn why you think how you think

    • @mizutxko
      @mizutxko Місяць тому +1

      @@maxrez609 Getting kicked in the liver isn't very common in Muay Thai, its mostly light "play" sparring but hard sparring is tough in Muay Thai. Conditioning in Muay Thai is harder and Muay Thai has more moves, but in Boxing the only attack you can only do is punch, so its hard to find a opening, because in Muay Thai you can just knee or kick. Muay Thai has more conditioning, and the more conditioned the shins and abs of the fighter, the better the fighter will perform. Muay Thai has more conditioning, but hard sparring and fighting opponents who attack fast is hard, so Boxing is a little bit harder, but Muay Thai trains harder

    Going to be honest, boxing is going to be at 4th place
    Taekwondo definitely is harder, just the sheer courage to start spinning is already proof
    Sure, yes; boxing has footwork and head movement, but its all about reacting and muscle memory; tkd is probably much more technical
    Its less useful in a fight, but people always say its extremely flashy, and that’s proof
    Im already saying this as a boxer tho, overall boxing might be the harder one in strength and endurance and stamina but when discussing how hard it is to master the skills? Tkd

      @JunaicAlikhel Місяць тому

      hell nah bro, the word harder means the dificulty to master is harder, tkd dosent require you to sweat your balls off until you pass out, but if you know anyone that does boxing, they will tell you how hard it is to train and get better

      As a boxer myself yea it requires tons of stamina and endurance, but the movements can be done decently within a day with good instructors, but to use them reflexively in a fight? No
