Another great video brother! I remember u speaking about tge coeffiecient! All of your videos have helped me tremendously. I landed my pb 32" snook on the marsh last week!! Fish onn!!! Keep em comin
Interesting. I've never heard of the M17S. They do make a "sinking" version of the same lure instead of the "suspending" version that I use; they're usually called "Heavydine" instead of "mirrodine" though. Any other indicators on the packaging? Either way, fish it and see what you catch!
@@KayakFishingAddict Sorry that was a typo. It’s MR17S. It’s a shallow suspending lure as well. Hopefully I get to try it today for a few hours but that storms coming in.
@@386fishing5 Oh, got it, that's the same one. The S stands for "Silver"....it's the color indicator. You're all good. Enjoy and be careful out there today!
@@KayakFishingAddict Okay cool! I fished for about 1.5hr this morning caught a mangrove and a flounder. Just have to get used to my retrieve and learning the depth of the water because I gotten close several times today to getting it stuck. Kinda just using it like a jerk bait but not jerking as hard.
Great vid! I've been using that same website for the past year and hook ups have definitely gone up!! Unfortunately I'm only able to fish on the weekends when I can, so it could be as low as 30 and I'm still headed out haha. Was wondering, do you have the 6 foot Yak Attack Park n Pole or the Yak gear version? About to get one for the anchor trolley I just installed. Tight lines as always
Thanks...and thanks for hitting like :). The best time to fish is when you can so don't worry about it, that site will just reveal the conditions you should expect. As for the pole, I have this one - kayakfishingaddict.com/product/yakgear-yakstick-floating-stake-out-stick-6ft/
Another great video. I agree 100% with what you said and it's my experience as well, but I am curious because you mentioned these coefficients numerically. So I'm a visual guy and I like the "Tide Charts Near Me" with the interpolated graph that they provide, but the challenge with that is it could show you a sine wave between low and high, but you have to look very carefully at the +/- water level heights to determine whether or not any rise or fall will produce significant flows. It could be very misleading if you don't do that. If you're going to target days with a coefficient of 80 or more, where are you getting that numeric coefficien? What tide apps provide that?
Great question Bill. The link to the site shown in the video is in the backstory on my blog - kayakfishingaddict.com/2022/04/why-i-catch-more-fish-than-you/-

haha love the title :-)😀
Thanks.
In laymans terms you want a strong tide with good water movement. Looks like some primo flats tho. I would love to sight fish that
Absolutely
Before I go out, (by law) I have to check in with DNR so they can initiate their restocking plan.
Hmmm, ok. Not sure who DNR is :).
