    Sir I am taking Thyrox 100 for my Hypothyroidism deficiency. My T3 T4 TSH levels are in control. I do some very light compound exercises as a beginner but my muscles goes so fatigued that I can't do exercise for 4 or 5 days. I loosing my will to go to gym. Please advise me what should I do.

      Muscle Protein synthesis slowly increases and peaks after 24 hours and stays HIGH till 36 hours of heavy exercise only in that muscle
      So for maximum growth
      Best option is to take high protein in diet.. For optimal muscle protein synthesis you need 0.4gm/kg/meal...that means Around 30 gms per meal and 3 to 6 meals per day to full fill 1.2 to 1.8gm/kg /day... Requirement.
      Not necessary to take all from Whey..
