Lamb & Rice = YUM YUM!!!!!!
Who had that piece of chop??
Fantastic 😙
Hello. It kinda sounds you always say «whish me luck» whilst putting anything in the pan, but than again not. What is it you’re saying, and if not english; what does it mean? 😊🙏
That looks so good
Looks fantastic
Is this mutton - sheep, or mutton - goat? I ask because lamb is from young sheep, mutton is from older sheep, however some cultures call goat meat mutton.
Chef.... please do a fish curry recipe🙏
Amazing Lamb biriyani. I am from Hong Kong, can you please tell me whereabout is your restaurant in UK? Would like to visit if I have a chance. Thank you. happy cooking.
Alsager, Stoke on Trent
The full address and postcode are in the video description above.
It is well worth a visit.
super 😋
“Absolutely gorgeous “
How do you make the in house masala sauce? What gives it the redmess?
i thought it was part of the biriyani recipe. I'll look out for your chicken tikka recipe. The redness looks wonderful and spicy at the same time.
Hope this is on the menu too! If we don't go to Stafford in September I will divorce the wife, as she has promised to take me to the restaurant! Am definitely going to make this! Wonderful!
Beautiful

Nice Pulao, wish I was one of the staff....lol.
To make a quick staff Pulao, just pre-boil the meat on a slow heat for 1-2 hours , then separate the meat and stock and carry on as you did here. It will save you a lot of time and effort.
❤🎉
You have used the raw spoon and put it in the salt at 2:28
An absolute work of art. Compare this with how they feed the staff in McDonald’s!
Also, is a good 20 minutes in the oven different to a bad 20 minutes? 😂
