Im a nurse in my 40s and i just want to say im so impressed with you. Youre honest open and self confident without being braggy. Youre actually a good role model. Youre also a nice person. I loved your story about how you clicked with the non communicative patient. Youre honest about your strengths and weaknesses. Hope you dont change. You have a great attitude to life for such a young person.

Girl I recently started doing some TikTok’s at work just to have a little fun and the response is super mixed. Some people are so freaking rude and they think making those types of videos somehow equals an incompetent nurse
No literally… it makes no sense to me bc you’re just trying to make it a happier more fun environment. Anyone to bring you down is just jealous they don’t have the confidence to do the same. I ignore it

Adult relationships are sort of "blended," there's no exact moment or date of when it happens, people just feel comfortable around each other and slowly progress. Dates are like validations, just because someone is official on a date doesn't mean they feel "official" from that date, might be before or after. Marriage is the only part of relationship that needs to be official, either by law (when u sign a doc) or by ceremony (how some traditions did it).

It depends! Pick what you think is right for you! I don’t think you need to start in med surg to be a good nurse. A good hospital will train you right in any specialty!

I wants able too! I got offered respiratory step down at that time and I went with it. That was pre-pandemic but I think you’ll have better luck now a days

Ugh yeah people can be haters. They’re just jealous they don’t have the confidence to put themselves out there. And hospital don’t want nurses to have side hustles so we don’t quit… so pathetic
