♡ Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
Lasagna noodles, follow instructions of package
16 oz ground beef
Dried oregano
Your favorite pasta sauce
1/2 tbsp of minced garlic
1/2 diced onion
15 oz ricotta cheese
1tsp of dried oregano
1 egg
3 c of mozzarella
Parmesan cheese, grated
Handful of chopped parsley
S&P
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 and add a light coat of tomato sauce to your 9x13 baking dish.
2. In a large pot, Cook lasagna noodles in salted water according to package instructions. Once cooked drain noodles and set to the side individually flat on a solid surface.
3. In a medium sized pot, cook your ground beef along with your onion. Once onion is softened add your minced garlic. Afterwards drain and add it back into the pot along with your favorite tomato sauce. Stir on medium heat and add dried oregano,fresh parsley, and S&P.
4. While your sauce is over the stove on low to medium heat, make your ricotta mixture. Stir together ricotta, egg, parmesan, 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup parsley.
5. Add your ricotta cheese picture on one lasagna noodle and add your meat sauce. Roll tightly in place into the baking dish. Add your remaining meat sauce and mozzarella on top. Bake uncovered for 30-35 mins at 375.
