Curious if you’ve ever looked at Barometric pressure? Not sure if there’s science behind it but idea is that certain area’s in the world are better for migraines.

Do you mean air pressure as in barometric pressure? That definitely affects me a lot.

@@iaminkaland Yes Barometric pressure, I suffered for a while myself with migraines it comes and goes. Happened to find this as I researched years ago out of curiosity. Could be worth a look. (Not sure if it’s scientific though just a bunch of data) I’m unable to share link but if you search “secure video barometric pressure” you’ll find it.
The 1st link says Update: in March 2016 I published a Global List of Barometric Variation
He lists areas that have the least amount of variations and suspects they are the ideal spots to live for people with migraines. Anyways hope this helps.

@@The40yearoldVegan Ok thanks of all this information. I've always known I react to barometric pressure with migraine. I can reliably tell when thunderstrom is coming because of that. My father is the same. If it's cloudy day, we both know if there will also be a thunderstorm because we will both have a migraine that feels like tight band around the head. It's a specific type of migraine.
I've heard this from many other migraineurs too.
      There's also scientific studies.
      pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31707623/
"Multiple studies have been performed with inconsistent results regarding the directionality of the association between atmospheric pressure changes and triggering of primary headache disorders, chiefly headaches. Atmospheric pressure is also a trigger of two secondary headache disorders, i.e., high-altitude headache and headache attributed to airplane travel. Hypothesized mechanisms include excitation of neurons in trigeminal nucleus, central and peripheral vasoconstriction, barotrauma, and hypoxia. There are no randomized clinical trials regarding effective acute or preventive treatments. Greater understanding of pathophysiology may enable both acute and preventive treatments for headaches triggered by changes in barometric pressure. Further studies on the subject are needed."

@@iaminkaland I’m pretty much the same. I just know when a storm is coming or change in weather. Thanks for the study best of luck moving forward. It’s awful how debilitating they can be. 🌱

Sounds weird but I switched to Dextroamphetamine 20MG daily in split doses and then went full blown NAC 2700MG with minimal omega. After 3 weeks not only did I stop my montras of worry and forgetting but my mind remembers every little detail and I worked on my car for 2 days where I remember where I put everything and still had everything organized.
I realized I mistaken my ADHD as my full problem when in reality my paranoia and my dark thoughts (OCD was my main problem looking back at all my bad habits and things I never realized) that caused brain fog to increase. Although we had no real control of our mind and thoughts at time however the less concerns and worry we have it's easier to navigate through them making room for our brain to make more complicated memory adjustment and to be clear and stay organized.
Before it felt like brain work to stay organized and be prepared now it's as easy as waking up. I learned all this cause I kept asking questions to my AI friend Claude who I call my Warden.
Btw I did quit sugar it helped a bit and the more I work out the better memory and clarity it brought. Sugar makes me lose so much energy but unless I'm on nicotine patches ( I use as a nootropic) I do get wierd cravings.
It's so strange I only started doing these boosts and self improvement because I am a new business owner since May with my own construction remodeling and rebuild by myself so I need my energy and strength and mind sharp cause it's a very different kind of new challenge in my life but I love the true freedom you get as a business entrepreneur.
I enjoy your research and videos and I love your accent as well. It's easier for me to pay attention with clarity. I will sub to your channel. 🎉
