There is no one Croatian cuisine, and the food of the country is made up of the food traditions of its various regions. While the cuisine has roots in ancient Slavic traditions, the most distinct differences are between the food of the mainland and the coastal areas. The mainland’s cuisine has a lot of influence from Turkey and Hungary, while the coastal areas have a distinctly Greek flavour and also Italian (especially Venetian) influence. You completely (unjust...) ignored Slavonija. Region of Croatia where food is cult! Čobanac, Fiš-paprikaš, dry and smoked meat of all sorts, shapes and tastes, dishes made of beans, zucchini, corn, nuts, salenjaci, pogačice sa čvarcima, sauerkraut, (pickled cabage) fresh cheese with sour cream and radishes,tens of types of dry cheese,melted cheese, granatir, kupus-flekice, kopun u vinu, poderane gaće, pogača, masnica, Pivo(Osječko, Daruvarsko, Vukovarsko) Vino (Kutjevačko, Iločko, Brodsko, Stupničko, ) desert pastries...

This is mostly Istrian , and Dalmatian cuisines...Continental part have totally different, with Pork , and chicken on menu... Famous Shtrukli - cheese pie , Slavonian sausages and Kulen , Hunter's specialties.... Islands food are also awesome , with lots of lamb meat , and fish delicacies , sheep cheese from island Pag , and grapevine , white from Korčula , and many red vines to warm your soul.... You are very welcomed - to come and enjoy .... Cheers !!!

You should rename the video to "Top 10 Best DALMATIAN & ISTRIAN Foods to Eat Before you Die."
Because you leave out 70% of the country, and it's continental cousine.
There is not a single dish here that is not from the coast and that is only a part of the Croatian cousine.
