DAY 1: DONE 15/07 uuff this hurts, but thats what I need it, Im really tight on my left hip flexor today. Day 2: I almost forgot, I did only half the set before going to bed. Day 3: I woke up late, but I still wanted to do it, I did the full set and tried really engaging my core and tried to go a little higher and I felt it more my hamstrings which was great cause my hamstrings are kinda jellylike. 😅 Day 1 again: it feels good to get back after the holidays Day 4: I woke up late and I didnt do it. Well its done ✅️ ❤😊

Hip flexor stretches, pigeon pose, and gentle yoga can help ease the tightness. ❤ Remember to listen to your body and take it easy if needed. Keep up the good work! 😍
I have had a knee replacement in my left and my right knee gets injections can you please show me something I can do without being on my knees thank you.
