    Such tight and weak hips. So many lower back issues. Trying to be proactive instead of reactive with my body now. Thank you. I will keep coming back to this one.

      I'm sorry to hear about your tight hips and lower back issues, but I'm glad you're being proactive about addressing them. The hip and lower back stretches in this workout may help improve flexibility and alleviate some of that discomfort over time. I would also recommend consulting your doctor before starting a new workout. Keep up the great work, and take care of yourself! 💪🌟

      RN here (with Ortho experience): please check with your surgeon before attempting any of these exercises. He’s the Expert in what those joints can do and withstand.

    DAY 1: DONE 15/07 uuff this hurts, but thats what I need it, Im really tight on my left hip flexor today.
    Day 2: I almost forgot, I did only half the set before going to bed.
    Day 3: I woke up late, but I still wanted to do it, I did the full set and tried really engaging my core and tried to go a little higher and I felt it more my hamstrings which was great cause my hamstrings are kinda jellylike. 😅
    Day 1 again: it feels good to get back after the holidays
    Day 4: I woke up late and I didnt do it. Well its done ✅️ ❤😊

Hip flexor stretches, pigeon pose, and gentle yoga can help ease the tightness. ❤ Remember to listen to your body and take it easy if needed. Keep up the good work! 😍

    I have had a knee replacement in my left and my right knee gets injections can you please show me something I can do without being on my knees thank you.

      Take your time and celebrate your culture, Rome wasn't built in a day and Ramadan isn't forever. We want you to have control and not have to cater to anything else when you start the program . YOU GOT THIS !
