That’s weird mine came with instructions for the lock and the passcode was the usual 0-0-0

Why does the charger not charge anything?

It's not actually a charger, it's a charging cable. You will need to plug the cable into a battery bank or other power source to use it. You can see the process at 2:19.

How do i reprogram the lock?

I was never able to figure that out. I ended up just chucking the lock in the trash because it kept popping open with just a little pressure. If you're looking for security, I'd recommend a different lock.

You can break it off by hand with a bit of force, but just put it on 0,0,0 for it to unlock. Its a useless lock though since you can break it off by hand

Is the backpack supposed to come with a portable power bank?
