it's kinda crazy how nobody's talking about the book womens magic truths on borlest
The fact that Lana is so stunningly beautiful that she could just become a model and life off her looks, yet she decides to use her wisdom and to help others. If the world was blind, Lana, you'd still impress so many. Thank you for spreading your light.
oh wow this is so sweet. thank you for your kind words.
@@LanaBlakely i agree! Lana i deeply admire you and how wise you are 💕
Looks fade, wisdom is worth more.

"I don't abandon myself for someone else" That quote was beautiful. Lovely take on self love.
" I don't abandon my self to satisfy someone else "
What if that "someone else" happens to be someone you love like your own child, significant other, parent, sibling or your best friend? Would you abandon yourself for their sake now? Would you do it if it was for the combined sake of literally everyone you love?
I am not saying that you shouldn't love yourself. You definitely should but I think that it is possible to take the idea of self-love too far and into the territory of plain selfishness and narcissism and it's not obvious to me where to draw the line between the two.
“Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is looking.”
I think about this every time I’m about to throw my apple core out the window.
It'll biodegrade anyway, a plastic bottle is a different story though.
soo sorry the audio goes from loud to quiet during some parts. I was moving around quite a bit when filming and wasn't wearing a lav mic hehe, hope it's not too annoying. love you.
Didnt notice
No problem. Your audio doesn't annoy me at all. Thank you for such an important video about self-love. I love you too
Thanks! Definitely getting better at loving myself but that also means putting others down and walking away when you know you deserve better, sometimes we don't have to be the first one to be kind, especially when we are kind always, how about others be kind and respectful, show up and be present this time instead of hiding behind the scenes, give credit, give them what they deserve instead of putting them down, give them that promotion, that respect and credit they deserve, show them they are valued because that is what they need from you. Otherwise, walk away.
❤ support you!

"You do not abandon yourself to satisfy someone else"-SO TRUE
I'm 21 and my whole life I was people pleaser now i come on stage that I don't want to please anyone I started to forgive myself and care more and take small steps everyday. Everyone deserve true love and kindness so be the person for yourself.
I used to blame myself and depressed many times.
But your sentence 'Don't give yourself, or people discounts' help me being more kind to me.
Thanks Lana.
"I don't abandon myself for someone else", a great quote! We should make sacrifices when needed, help each other, and so on, but abandon one self is the same as suicide even if the body and mind still lives on. But what is the point of life if you abandon yourself?
I’ve recently found this channel and lately I’ve been binging all your videos. I definitely feel like I neglected self love in the past and even now I feel like dumb mistakes in my past take over my mindset some times rather than focusing on where I want to go in life. I definitely think it’s good to take time and get to know yourself such as who is the person you want to be and what your goals are but if you beat your self up all the time that can be hard to do. I guess it’s all about balance with self care and holding yourself accountable
As someone who is at sea level looking up at the mountain, I appreciate you sharing your experience to help those of us ascending/planning our own mountain. love.
Thank God this channel exists. I’ve been here for almost 1.5 years and I learned so much. Thanks Lana❤
This was so needed. I need to learn how to say no and stick to it. Because actions speak louder than words. I gotta be there for myself
Much needed to hear this. Since last 2 days I've been beating myself up for saying no to a friend who always break my boundaries.
This video is such a relief to me❤
Thank you so much Lana❤❤❤
"I don't abandon myself for someone else😌"
This stuff is so powerful and liberating.
I have analysed many times where I treat myself harshly and overly critically and not the way I would treat someone loved.
I do care for myself but I guess it's time to pump it up.
Thanks a lot Lana!
This video on self-love is so inspiring and empowering! It's easy to get caught up in negative self-talk and self-criticism, but the tips you shared remind us that we deserve to treat ourselves with love and compassion. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on setting boundaries and saying no to things that don't align with our values and goals. Thank you for sharing this important message and helping us all work towards greater self-love and self-acceptance.
Thank you for this, Lana. You have helped me so much in my journey of solidifying my character, healing my insecurities, and appreciating myself. You have taught me a lot. Thank you. 💗
It can be so easy to fall into the trap of self-doubt and self-criticism, but your video reminded me of how important it is to take care of ourselves and to love ourselves for who we are💐💗💗
Lana, its great that you decided to share your wisdom with everyone. At 71 years of age, I never met anyone like you. You are unique and special. Keep it up.
I don't know why every time i watch your videos I feel I gained my energy back. I feel fresh and energetic. May God bless you with a beautiful life dear🤍
lana is so beautiful and intelligent, and speaks so well, if she starts giving advice, life can truly transform.
Your videos really help me to take good care of myself and my well being. It means a lot to me

We are all just reflections for each other
Your hair is so healthy! ❤Your video about self-love is a masterpiece. It contains lots of love and helpful advice which will lead to fulfillment in people's lives. You have a good heart. I am happy that you want me to love myself.

Love u Karla
I def really love your calm energy and slow videos. They resonate with me and makes me more willing to take everything in! 💗
you always release videos about exacly what I need in the moment. thank you so much for all your videos!
Lana that was really powerful of you to say such things!! I will absolutely taking notes. As a people pleaser, i find this very helpful to help me love myself even more💗 Thank you for a billion times!
Listening to your talking on any topic , always feels like a meditation to me soothing the mind and soul 🙏
Such a good video! For me personally, the hardest part about setting your boundaries is when people make you feel bad about that. For example, I don't eat meat and the amount of time people in my family try to make me feel weird or bad about it is insane. But I've learned to stick to my moral compass, even if it results in not being understood oder being perceived as somewhat different. Thank god, my friends are totally different. Also, about saying no: I often feel selfish when I say no to doing smth "because I don't feel like it", because I know it would make the other person happy if I did said thing. I definitely say yes too often.
Love this, Lana. Treating yourself with respect & love is imperative to a happy life! Awesome insight as usual. BTW, I thought the audio was fine.
something I once found that really changed my view on self- love and my moral compass was "be the person you would ideally fall in love with". that made me reinterpret my definition of both self-love and love I can be given by someone else
I feel lucky to have found you and have you by my side in life as an advisor!
Your voice is really soothing, its always nice to listen to you 🤍
You have the most soothing voice, Lana. Yes, I figured self-love was a missing piece during my recent slump. I'm back at my feet again quite ready to conquer the world after being reminded that I simply have to be kind to myself. 👌
I love how you talk slowly and you take your time to tell things . Whenever i watch your videos i feel relax 😌 thanks🇲🇦 🇲🇦 for everthing
When you love yourself you dont depend on others for anything
💜💜💜 I just say thank you a million for being here. You are literally my soulmate💜💜💜
You help me see the light for a better future, thank you always for your amazing messages
Thank you Lana Blakely. I am your big fan from China. I really love the way you talk, just like a slow stream. Watch your video really comfort me a lot. I will always remember the phrase that don't abandon yourself to satisfy someone else. I learn a lot from your video, grateful to you all the time!
It’s been so hard for me to love myself..I often get into uncomfortable situations because of it, I’m really grateful for this video, thanks Lana 💗
When I hear you explaining various things it calms my anxious heart and mind..I slow down and start to think about it in a better way rather than jumping to conclusions about myself which are mostly just my own thoughts.
I've been struggling with being such of a pleaser (specially with my family) and the quote "i don't abandon myself for someone else" got me thinking of how i once told that to my mother and she told me that i must do things that make other people happy sometimes even do those make me feel like crap
Honestly from my heart , wish you healthy, wealthy and peaceful life ✨
I appreciate the openness and kindness in the video. The thing is that not all forms of self loathing or lack of self worth stem from the same causes. Unfortunately, it's extremely difficult for people who were raised by abusive parents or caregivers who showed them verbally or through their repeated actions that they don't deserve to be loved. That they are unworthy and a problem. I know we all go through serious issues in life which shouldn't be minimized but when a child's first contact with this world is made with people who instead of offering or trying to offer stability and love to them, either neglect them, resent them or otherwise live in a chaotic or physically or emotionally unsafe environment, it leads to that child unconsciously absorbing that stress or trauma and thinking of the world as an unsafe place and having extremely low self esteem. I know it's important to work on ourselves but it's also important to acknowledge that for a lot of people, the root of the issue is tied to childhood wounds. It's extremely difficult to heal them. I wish peace and healing to everyone reading this. May all our physical and emotional burdens be eased.
Her message of self-love and acceptance is something that everyone needs to hear, and her tips for cultivating a positive self-image are both practical and effective. I especially appreciated her emphasis on the importance of self-compassion and forgiveness, as these are often overlooked in discussions of self-love. This was a refreshing reminder that we are all worthy of love and acceptance, and that it is never too late to start loving ourselves
So much practical and real life advice. By watching this video we understood what is the unconscious reasons for so much types of negativity we experience. Thanks a lot 👌👍☺️
you’re insanely beautiful not only your looks but the way you speak and your personality
You are such a sweetheart, beautiful with your experience with your grace and the power that you have in your softness. Keep inspiring us💗💗💗

Lana is truly elegant & beautiful, very calming voice & always offering good sensible encouragement. ❤❤❤❤❤
This video actually hit me pretty good. I did start to cry some. I’ve starting this journey prior to watching this video and it just reinforced what I need to start doing. I’ve put past relationship people ahead of myself and let them damage me. I been single two years cause I walked away from a relationship where that person told me basically they didn’t feel the same way I did about them. When i tried to break up with them they didn’t want to break up. But I choose to still walk away. I couldn’t be in a relationship like that cause I know what I’m worth. It was extremely hard but I did it for myself. Anywho I need to learn this all over again before I start dating again. Good video!
This video is so precious and i’m glad i found you. thanks for the love you are spreading🤍🙏
Excellent! Exactly and succinctly to the main point!
It's really hard to love myself but I'll start doing these tips and i hope it works 🖤
Lana blakely, your voice is like an ASMR! 🎉❤
i always find these videos funny. it's easy to love yourself when you look like that. this shallow world gives value to you. but how could you love yourself if no one else did? that's something you can pretend to understand, but you'll never.
Exactly. It gets to a point where the type of shit that she preaches, sounds juvenile and shallow.
Once you find people that truly love you , you will notice they don't love you for your looks they love you for what's inside. "People won't always remember how you looked or what you did but they'll always remeber how you made them feel" love yourself by feeling confident and proud of what's inside and not outside. ❤
This video helped me so much ❤ thank you
whats you saying is mindblowing ; you always have good vibes
I’ve created a world where saying no is like gaining more time. Time is the most precious thing on Earth even if I use it to do nothing at all.
Thank you so much! I needed that ❤
Such a superb content that I found today, made me to comment. Lana, appreciate the content. I am also in my journey. Been struggling with rules for myself. With your video, I got a 100% clarity for what rules should be set. Thankyou so much for this!
Definitely beautiful , your face glows like a flower does in the sunshine. And u have a great way of explaining and clarifying 😍
I love that so much 💜💜💜 Thank you Lana 💘
kinda needed exactly this today, thank you!
