There is no existence of body with out vata pitta kapha rakta..so rakta is considered as 4 th dosha in the body...impure blood simply means vitiated blood or non circulated blood in the body due to any other causes in the body... polycystic ovaries causes hypothalamo thyroid imbalances in the body during the time of maturing age of ladies, in ayurveda we are giving the medicine to balance body and mind so it's for hormonal imbalances. And giving the good and balanced diet to reduce the body weight and body purification treatment,,,so it il helps to reduce the symptoms like hairloss, neck darkness,,pimples irregular periods and all. ..thank you sir
