全蛋 whole egg 1 (50g+- per egg)
香橙汁 orange juice 110ml+-
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 30g / 1/8cup
香橙皮 orange rind 1/8cup
圆模 Pan Size 16cm x 2
摄氏180 / 华氏356 烘烤 15-17分钟
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 15-17minutes

Tried with just all purpose flour instead of bread flour. turned out great!! friends were at home and they couldn't believe orange can give such a delicious flavor.

This turned out great. Buns were a big hit. I wish there was more info on kneading times but just kept doing it until dough looked like in the video. Added a sugar glaze on top when it came right out of the oven.
How many minutes did you knead? Thank you
check out "Bake with Jack" channel. It usually takes 10 to 15 mins to knead. You can do the window pane test to check if it's ready.

Just made these, they are really fluffy and soft. I like that it isn't too sweet. I did add a bit more bread flour while kneading as it was slightly wet, until I got the same kind of consistency as seen in the video. Thanks for your recipe :)

I bake this orange bun on Apr 15, 2020. The buns turned out wonderful
Look very impressive but it is not only look. The taste and the texture are also very delicious. Orange aroma is very appetite so I can't stop eating. This is my first time to bake the bread and turn out look like bread.
I just follow the video and make sure I don't over knead the dough.

Funny I don't like lemon or lemon zest in any baked goods and ALways leave it out. But orange is another story. These are delicious. There are about 400 million baking recipes and this one became an instant gift ❣🌞

I made this bread, it was INCREDIBLE. The taste is slightly tangy, slightly sweet, just the right combination of the two.
I halved the ingredients but otherwise followed the video (save for egg wash instead of fresh milk bec I had the rest of the halved egg :D)
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Are you sure 60 ml of milk is listed correctly in the ingredients? From the video and the measuring cup you are using, it looks like more than 100 ml of milk. please clarify. thank you for your earlier response as well.

Hi teacher apron, i used a mixer to knead the dough. The dough came out after 15min still sticky. I tried kneading with hand for a while, and even rested it for about 10min before kneading it again, hoping to get it like the Mon sticky texture like yours. But still the dough remains sticky. May I ask what could be the reason for this? Thanks in advance.
