How did u make your fl studio GUI looks like that? Your pattern is filled by color instead of only the bar of the pattern has color.
Use the "colour selected" feature on all the tracks you want to adjust.

Btw, dude I bought this pack but when I was adding presets to sylenth 1 (it's the old version) It was showing cannot read preset. I saw your video and your using the same version but you can still use the presets
