Love this dude. He's such a inspiration . I tried being humble like him with little money andgive someone a car. I had but it didn't turn out well when the car got wreck quickly.
I know this is an old video, but the information is Golden... Working on my knowledge from the bottom up... I don't want a autopilot system... I want to know the guts of trading... Some videos I have to repeat. I know you have explain Float in other videos lessons, but I understood this one better... all your video are helping me learn so much... Thank you Tim...
Learned a lot from this quick, short video. Very informative and to the point. I like the no nonsense presentation of the material. Too many presenters like to use big words that a) they can't spell and b) they can't pronounce. What a breath of fresh air. I wish I had come across your material years ago. Anyway, better late than never.
I know I am going against some of your thoughts because I am not capable of starting with even fifty dollars but I am learning while doing it and I am trying what you teach in these videos. I thank you for doing this. I am determined to figure this out and succeed.
How come in steven dux's dip buying video, he said only stocks with 3-5 float rotations are good buys, but here, it says even after 10 to 25 rotations, it will go up? Second, if a stock has 50 mil float, but 1 mil volume, is it a good buy? And did something happen between them? He didn't mention steven dux when talking about his successful students recently.
i think for your first question Tim was saying the reason he doesnt alert low float stocks is because they move faster then he can alert them out, and that newbies can start with 5, 10, 25 for a "safer" trade and to start to learn the more experience you get the lower the float you may be able to handle trading. That was my understanding anyway
Saw a guy on a podium with a suit and tie talking about this... Never got the idea what was all about, now comes Sykes all "casual comfy" and damn!! It all makes sense... "the robes doesn't makes the monk"...
Wow.. answered my question and more. Sounds like a very tricky game. I heard you say you stay away from low floats on your alerts.. but.. as precise and meticulous as you are, I would think you would incorporate them as well. Just my opinion and what I take from the video cause there's no doubt in my mind you probably can and have scored big with them. Thanks for this!
LOL I love that people claim I'm a "marketer" when all I do is pass down lessons from 25+ years of experience...it's pathetic more people aren't more grateful, but that's the industry as they're abused by so many fakes so they don't even realize the value of my being 100% real. That's not marketing, that's the truth
low floater MBOT did extremely well last week. went from $2, to $9 in a day, then went from $9 to $19 a share, before it crashed back down to the 8s within a matter of minutes. very volatile!
Not sure if anyone will see this, but the example with the smaller company going from 2 million unrestricted shares to 50 million shares, is that not including the total amount of authorized shares? I have been doing some research, finding out that the total number of authorized shares is the max number of shares a company is allowed to issue based off any regulations and investors voting. Stock splits can play into this, of course. Any response regarding this would be awesome. Thanks!
This is actually one of your most direct and informational videos on this. Good job.
thank you!!
This 6min video taught me more than 6 months of internet research. Thank you!!
glad to hear it- thank you!

Excellent video. Is there a relationship between float and market cap? Or is market cap just another way of saying "shares outstanding?"

Is there a better free scanner than finviz?
just a question, if there is only two million shares that can be traded how did the float increase, from where did the other shares trade from?

LOL I love that people claim I'm a "marketer" when all I do is pass down lessons from 25+ years of experience...it's pathetic more people aren't more grateful, but that's the industry as they're abused by so many fakes so they don't even realize the value of my being 100% real.
