      Keep going

    I'm a survivor of serious domestic violence. Gaining my power wasnt easy at all until i got Robert's books! I'm genuinly in love with this man! For him to expose the dark unwritten power rules of psychopaths and narcissists is a great thing to do for humanity. Only a kind person do that! If you ever read this Robert, I'm greatful for you and i love you!

    The breaking point for me 1 month ago was isolating myself and not leaving my room until learned to destroy all the demons in my head, we all have these stories we tell ourselves everyday, when you learn to control your emotions and thoughts you unlock the next level in life, I reached that though meditation. There is a type of meditation that works for every person. The secret is finding it.

      It was kind of strange the way the book described my behavior in all aspects of my life. I did learn and adopt a bunch of new stuff. The "cats paw" in business seved me very well. I had a supervisor under me that was always back biting and making discord in the department. The company needed a supervisor in environmental services and I went to the CEO and volunteered my guy all the time knowing that the environmental and plant operationd director hated him. She thanked me for giving up a department supervisor for the good of the company. They moved him over and 3 months later he was layed off. The CEO was my cats paw.

    • @jimmydavis9639

      No doubt, that very thing you just said, would by leaps and bounds, have such of a tremendously positive impact on where humans go forward into this unknown near future. Without hesitation, everyone must realize this; work on how they need to, what we all need to do to become the "better individual". To have more compassion, respect and love toward each person that they/we cross paths with, on this place we call home, where we all live and must share together, which also needs those very same things. Then and only then, we will all be in a far better place. Because if not, the alternative will continue to the point, well look at where we're at and how, with each passing day, seems to be taking us further and further to a place we never counted on and may never return from, if we're not carefully.

    I’m very grateful that I came across your platform. What Robert said validated what I have been through in 2021. I isolated myself to discover who I’m and what matters to me. I evaluated my decisions in life and decided to drop out of Uni, get back to my family and focus on my health. I still haven’t decided what Path I’ll take for my career but something but hopefully I’ll be able to figure that out soon. It has been great being around my support system and not thousands of miles away from them. I decided not to do go through life alone and let myself be helped and loved by people around me. Hopefully I find what I’m distant to do in life soon ♥️.

    Such a pleasure listening to Greene being allowed to talk freely without interruption unlike his Peterson interview. Such an interesting man and Lewis certainly is a great interviewer.

    I always knew I would be something special. And here I am , 71 and not fulfilled in that way, but it’s ok, I’m accepting how it is. Not everyone can be ‘great’

    • @alicebacon2695
      @alicebacon2695 2 роки тому

      Lilas sometimes we miss our ‘great’. It can be right in front of us.
      I feel unless we are able to go within and observe who we are (outside of us I.e. see ourselves outside our own mind) we (through the perspective of our ego) can miss all the special, beautiful and great we actual are.
      Know you have always been great and only your heart (perspective of your higher / your authentic self) can show you this / bring it into your own realisation.
      Suggestion: Repeat everyday and always using your name:
      ‘Lilas be prepared to be amazed”. Lilas be prepared to see and experience your great”.
      Your authentic self is always (and has always been) amazed and great. Though sometimes we have to get our ego mind out of the way to see, experience and feel this.

    • @sebastianwrites
      @sebastianwrites 2 роки тому

      Lilas... you should not give yourselves any cop-outs. The principle of being great is easy... it is just a matter of being 'extraordinary...' "extra-ordinary!" Everyone can take 'ordinary' and go that extra mile!

    • @lilasfaves7846
      @lilasfaves7846 2 роки тому

      @@alicebacon2695 thank you. Yes I can see my greatness in this way as I’ve achieved and overcome so much in my life. Sober for 27 yrs, raised 2 sons one with special needs, both able to communicate and function authentically in this world. Cared for mother with dementia for 12 years and fulfilled her wish to be kept in her home til the end. Learning to love myself now by turning inwards and fully integrate. I can see these are massive qualities, it’s just I’m imperfect too as I’m human, and integrating that with love finally. What I meant really was this ego desire people seem to have to be ‘special and different’ in some way. I’m just a human doing my best to live authentically and honestly and have compassion for self and others. I guess I could label myself as great but then we all are. (Or are we lol?! )
