Cutting sugar by 80% cut my joint pain by 80%
Is this added sugar from processed foods or sugar from whole foods as well?
Adding a % cut my belief in your statement by 100%
@@arambarsamian6312 Only man made sugars
Did the same but 100% NO added sugar.
100% healed.
No more Pain after 6 years
No effect on me but happy for you and hope it only gets better. Peace and health.
I have scoliosis and myodil induced arachnoiditis, for years the pain was so bad I barely had any life at all. Over the last five years I have reduced the pain by eating beetroot, pomegranate and kiwi fruit, I also get most of my protein from nuts or beans. I follow a low fat diet and now exercise most days, life is great.
I love this channel!
When I switched to a whole food plant based diet my arthritis nearly went away! In January when I fell off the diet it quickly came back. It may sound too good to be true but try if for three months and see.
Did bring my pain down from 7 too 3.
Thank you. We'll check it out.
Thanks dr. gregor for all your work and facts
An old time remedy for joint pain was to take sure jell in water. Sure jell is pectin. What are apple peels rich in?……pectin. In fact you can make your own pectin by boiling apple peels and cores in water and then use it to make jams and jellies.
Great video!
Where have you been all my life! Thank you from a new subscriber ❤
Yay whole apples!
An apple a day, keeps the reaper away.

it’s almost like we’re not really meant to be eating fellow animals! 🤔🥰
Only If needed
This is a bit of a silly statement. We are not "meant" to do anyting. Our bodies are biologically designed to survive. This is why randomized controlled trials are so important.
@@redragna3648 True but there is a catch our bodies don't like to be feeded excessively even with healthy foods. Fasting is the king of health!
Exactly right. If I were religious I'd say god was punishing people for eating babies.

Bob and Bob physical therapists made UA-cam videos on stretches for sciatica. Check them out.
Sciatic nerve pain is usually lower down, in your glute or leg. Talk to your doctor.
👍👍👍
Anyone listening should check out the work of Dr. John Sarno.
The trouble is that people with fibromyalgia and other severe chronic ilnesses are often too debilitated by their symptoms to source and prepare the food needed to make positive dietary changes, so it becomes a catch 22 situation. Can't improve their condition without improving their diet, can't improve their diet without improving their condition.
you still have to eat healthy, there is no other option..
Box of salad greens, frozen veggies, rice cooker rice, cans of beans...It can be very easy
Kratom saved my life.
An opoid in a plant.
I wish my WFPB diet helped my debilitating pms and period pain 😞 (although maybe it would would be even worse on a conventional diet)
Hi!
How long have you been following Dr. Greger's daily dozen? Do you have a tablespoon of ground flaxseeds every day? 😊
It took me like 7 months to have a pain free period, I can feel something on the first 2 days, but i dont think about taking a painkiller at all. I also noticed it gets better after each month. I wish you experienced the same! ❤
have carrots-strawberry-ginger turmerc smoothie-eat rich magnesium foods like coco powder, dark chocolate, oat, dark greeny leaves- lemon, ginger 2gm,chia juice ,all of them especially 10days before ur period, sleep well, move ur body around the month, use magnesium oil on ur belly and back when having cramps /cut sugery things -reduce meat near ur period-drink these smoothies 3 days a week-have beetroots in smoothies too
Dr. Brooke Goldner's Rapid Recovery may help.

This guy was sitting across from me at Outback Steakhouse last night
No doubt he was eating a baked potato, salad, and steamed veggies. That's what I eat at Outback.
@@happycook6737 I asked the server what he had and the answer was a triple 🥓 cheeseburger.
Now the carnivore diet and the keto diet are in fashion. I don't know how healthy they are. There are people who say that the carnivore diet has restored their health. It is clear that not everyone can have the truth on their side. Either the carnivore diet is correct and the vegan diet is not, or the vegan diet is correct and the carnivore diet is not. They can't both be right. One of the two diets is true.
Not really, they help different people with different immune systems and different gut bacteria. Both diets change gut bacteria but stimulate growth of different ones - and those can be helpful.
If this guy's neck gets any smaller, his head will snap off.
You have to watch Dr Greger's views carefully as he often has a hidden agenda - (the old animal product and saturated fat, cholesterol outdated bs mantra (boring) and note the book he is releasing later this year) He finally touches on why meat may be carcinogenic - it's the same thing that renders any food carcinogenic - burnt food. And btw, fibromyalgia is not the same as Chronic pain - different mechanisms... I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a pain specialist (not curable according to the health experts) but after doing much research on the subject, over a one year period I got rid of about 95% of my chronic pain. PS, I did not go off meat to cure my chronic pain.
What helps a bone spur in a women’s heel?
@@summern682 Not a doctor myself so sorry can't help you with that. Sadly I do believe it takes quite a time to heal though. Take care.
Great we got another snooper
You have to watch anybody’s views carefully, but i don’t think he ‘often has a hidden agenda’.
Explain the logic underlying your conclusion.
@@nathanhughes It's common nowadays to hear that, if they didn't like someone they start to talk about the hidden agenda
This is biased bs!!
