Thanks for watching. I'm slowly working on a sequel and have around 6,500 clips. Some need re recording due to poor quality and I want as many as possible to have CRT scanlines - make them look really good. It's going to take a while though.
And there is still games being added every year until now! Cheers for the video though. I'm looking for gems I missed. There's always more to explore on this system. 10,000 commercial games is not all there is. There is even a lot of "sh*t" produced what could be considered early homebrew, but they also have hidden gems. I'm guessing a full library could easily be double the amount, probably much more, if you count in all the crap and tech demo's from the demo scene that contain a "game" and what not. Regardless it's a platform of many mysteries and gems to be found I'm sure. Covering "ALL" would be an impossible task. But the clickbait works I guess 😂

Incredible work done here, excellent and thanks for the memories but even more the education. I think I recognized less than 2% of the total and you admitted its only 10% of all that were produced never mind type-ins, BBS postings and wherever else. You can't tell me the C64 wasn't the greatest of all time, just look at how many were influenced into programming given these artifacts.
Love it, but honestly I wouldn't mind 24 hours long video, you could do more parts. I would even give each game more screen time. Also random order of games instead of alphabetical could be nice don't you think? Like the viewer can't expect what game is next - for example, all Batman games will be nicely distributed among the other games and will not be in a row etc. And removing that ".mp4" from the text label can't be hard :) Anyway, great job and thanks!
Thanks for watching and for your feedback. The random order is a good idea, maybe I'll do an expanded one in the future. I note the comments about the .mp4 but glad that you enjoyed it.
