The HeartStopper has been my Highlight of Blades since I first looked at the pic Dietmar and Sly had posted .
I was like “ I will own this one day “!!!
Didn’t know 3 years later I would have like 7 of em. ; all different- none the same .
The CNC2 wins by a landslide.
The Stallone UC comes in second .
The Customs I had made are pretty bad ass and they get the most use believe it or not .
I do try to take good care of the Pohl’s and United’s . But I did put them both thru use .
Dietmar told me “ That’s what they are made for “!!!!

OMG you 2 CNC2 MK9
Yes, I pre-ordered from Pohl Force and it took a while, and another high end knife shop in Germany had a Mk9 in stock, so I ordered it. Both came at different times. So, I stored away the one in the presentation box and use the other one for field use.

Fit and finish is top notch.
United cutlery made the first 3 Rambo knives in the 80’s. Than the license got sold to master cutlery, than got sold to Hollywood collectibles group. And they are the current company, that owns the license to the master replica Rambo knives. The last blood knives were never made by any other company as far as licensed Rambo knives go.

This wear-resistant and highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel is used, among other things, especially for parts and cutting tools in industry that must withstand strong friction and extreme mechanical stress or are used in corrosive working environments.
The addition of molybdenum and vanadium achieves optimized heat resistance and temper resistance compared to similar alloys. Optimum heat treatment enables good edge retention and corrosion resistance of the knife blades, which have a hardness of 57-58 Rockwell (HRC).
@@rickyking1790 the MK-9 is equal to 440C in different classification. Also, the "feel" of the Pohl Force is much better

Even though Gerber stopped production of the BMF and LMF, they still can be found in great shape or NIB. Their prices do vary .

If you want to see if a knife is worth it get your self a small pig and see how nicely you can cut it up
If the pohl force is a real full tang, how the hell dit they get the guard on ?!?!
In this video, I show a picture of the tang construction. The sub-hilt is removable, thus, allowing the cross guard to be slipped on.

At this point in time, available specimens would be available on the second hand market, unless Pohl Force has some left overs.

The United Cutlery Mk9 is made in China. These Pohl Force Cnc 2 Mk9 is made in Taiwan.
