Gearwrench is really stepping it up. They have a really slim head designe for 1/2 and 3/8 120xp soft grip ratchet i actually preferred over snap on. May pick it up i have mostly GW sockets a some snap on but I have never had one break. sadly ratchets i broke a 3/8. Milwaukee just doesnt seem quality 🤷♂️ and the pliers are Channellock rebrand. which is why they can claim MADE IS USA.
Gearwrench though, still does some stupid things. Like the ratchet wrenches were noticeably better from Taiwan and in the pre Bain Capital era uh I mean Apex days, the box end had less meat so you could fit it more places. That said, I like their ratchets and sockets. And I think I have wrenches from most of the history of the company 😆 Also, that new gen 120 was very well done! Thanks for joining in!
I wish Milwaukee would realize that as good as there power tools are their hand tools arnt worth the price they are asking I feel they are a diy or middle of the road hand tools not up there with wright tools who prices very similar to Milwaukee
Yeah I suspect they’re trying to bank on their power tool name. It’s not too bad if you can catch them on sale then they’re sort of in the Gearwrench price range. Thanks for joining in!

I've been pretty satisfied with Apex manufactured tools. They make decent products.
I just wish they’d stop moving production to China. Lol
