That was definitely the biggest Indian buffet I've seen and having Indian food buffet style is the way to go. Pick and choose alternating heat and cool is the best.

I've only been to one Indian all you can eat place in Rosemead that has been around for almost 10 yrs now. It's a relatively small shop, but pretty good for $20.

I’ve been to Kingyo and love their food. Especially the limited number of bento box they offer daily that Mikey tried here. That was so good I went back the next day just to get another one right before I flew out! So worth it!!

Finally, after years of watching and salivating over all the amazing restaurants you go to and thinking of how awesome all that food would taste I have actually been to one restaurant before you. I loved Tandoori Flame and went there several times while I lived in Surrey.
oh wow ive always wanted to go that indian buffet as i live in surrey! great to see the inside without having to go in hahah, if you ever come back you need to try the golden samosa place thats across the street from that restaurant. It has some of the best most satifyingly crispy samosas!

Tandoori Flame is great... but just down the street on Scott Rd in Surrey is Tasty Indian Bistro! Unquestionably known as Tandoori Flame's direct competitor! Hope you can get a chance to try it

Same here, I'm allergic to eggs, gluten and most dairy products and can't eat too much meat either so I love watching him just attack everything with gusto. I'm jealous but also proud of him if that makes sense

What the heck, I never knew about the food court in the Richmond Public Market, definitely going to go this weekend. Kingyo is on my list now, that wagyu looked awesome. Glad to know Tandoori Flame is still killing it, gotta go back.

Ohhh you didn’t know!!! But the best Filipino food in British Columbia is in the same parking lot! It’s called La Meza Grill. You must check it out the next time your here!!! I can’t recommend it enough.

@@Hippolyta. the only thing I miss about living in London ontario is Shelby's shawarma and little panda Chinese restaurant. Ontario does have decent restaurants... but that's about it 😆
There used to be a great Indian restaurant called Haveli in Ottawa. Wonderful food. My family went there for years. The Sunday buffet was divine. Everyone went there. It became quite a United Nations, because the embassy folks flocked there. Hey, good food is good food.
Otaawa is overrated.

Mate I've always wondered - when you sit down to eat all that delicious food, do you film allll the close-ups of what's on your plate first, eg..fork or chopsticks moving food round, then film all your pieces to camera? Or do you have to constantly chop and change between the two during the meal? Love ya work!

Im so excited as I live close by and can actually try some of the places you went to. Richmond is my hometown!
I pick the Chinese first meal you had, steamed garlic prawns with ultra thin sheets of rice noodles.
The red goat gravy is called laal Maas .. it's a Rajasthani curry dish ... And they apparently tell you it's lamb.. I'm not sure though !!! .. I know as I've been to tandoori flames millions of times ..
Looks delicious... but need some rice to have with all those saucy dishes.

One more comment, the best Indian buffet I've been to so far was in Pittsburgh, PA the All India Restaurant and I live in Fresno, CA.
You should try out the snacks more at this Indian buffet. Feels like you missed it. Good luck next time!
