Are you guys still having trouble? First you have to make a park district in order to use any of the park buildings. Second, you have to place the main gate first before you can place the side gates.
@@Elementbd I think you cannot use any of the park buildings until you make a district that is exclusive for parks. I bet that's why you can't find the gates!!
Spiff Guy's edits don't really show you Exactly how to do this. Which streets do you use in the park so the pedestrians only walk one way? When i analyze my traffic patterns, foot traffic is still going both directions, and park revenue is modest ($1000/ week). Thanks for any suggestions!
I didn't have very many roads unlocked since it was a start of a new save. If the highway isnt available, use one way streets. So make sure on the residential side that the road from the freeway only allows entrance into the residential area. As far as foot traffic goes, they will go both ways cause some cims just like going to the parks but if you have the road structure i mentioned above, then the residents will be forced to go through the park to get to work. For the streets inside the park, I used a two way street to place more gates. I used around 8 gates. That way the cims py multiple entrance fees. I originally had a section in this video that talked about what policies to use, what parks to use and where. It showed that I was able to make 11,000 a week without this exploit. But the video was just too long. If you think it will help, I can release that section as it's own video. @@SimGamesCorner I'm still working on it. I did use the principle setting up about two dozen toll bridges, between the R and I zones, but I don't think the revenue total is accurate (one week I counted 2x as many vehicles as they reported for revenue, and I can only get tolls to be 10% of total revenue at that stage, city of 20,000). I'll keep trying! Thanks!
@@kevinbullock1423 I watched Biffa doing an experiment with toll bridges. What he found out was that if you use too many toll bridges between point a and b, the vehicles will actually despawn. So your vehicles may not be going through all the toll bridges. I hope that helps!

I cant find the gates for the parks have they been removed or am I just blind?
