Your videos are making me want to say "giant much" in English. It sounds romantic and poetic. "I love you so giant much". I like the way that sounds. It's better than "very much" which is what I say now.

I think you should put "the" after the noun

“God! What weather it is!" (plain English)
“I long very much for the spring” (plain English)

I understand what you are saying, but I'm doing literal translations, not plain translations. I have chosen to do this to make Swedish (hopefully) more fun and the vocabulary more memorable. Jätte means giant, literally. 'Very' is more vague as a translation, as that could also be väldigt or mycket for example. It's totally fine if you don't like the way I do these. There are many other Swedish teachers and creators out there who translate into plain/correct English.

Not sure "Gentleman God" is right, should be "Lord God" (as in Herren = the Lord etc). Although Gentleman God sounds funnier.

Herre can be translated as gentleman, lord or master, so it is technically a correct literal translation (think Mina damer och herrar = Ladies and gentlemen, for example). And yes, of course I selected the funniest of the three options. :)

Another example is the use of herrar for sports - damfotboll & herrfotboll, herrlandslaget, etc. But please bear in mind that the objective for this video is not to do a real translation (into actual/correct English). Instead, the point is to highlight Swedish vocabulary and expressions through literal translations.

Älskar dessa kortisar. 😂 Får oss att låta så mystiska! My family lives in a typical swedish town TROLLHÄTTAN, which Literally means"Troll hat" and no it's not a small town it's been a center for industry for over a hundred years. They just like living in troll hat! 🤠
