Since I live in the Netherlands and we bike everywhere, I always just bike to the gym (15-20 mins) so I do practically the same before and after my workouts as you said in this vid lol

I don’t use steps for energy adaptations as it doesn’t do much there but I def think getting steps in is one of the healthiest things you can do!
