    my theory of why ronnie coleman started completely snapping up after 2002 is that he left his job as a police officer, in which he would be walking around and standing most of the day, which is intensive for a 280 bloke, and started staying inside. things do not flow well when you're sitting around all day

    3:22 (sidenote: If you can skip rope well, you can potentially play a rhythm instrument well. Rope skipping is one of the best supplementary training for musicians.)

      I really want to learn an instrument this year! What do you think I should go for? I have a guitar but man I did one lesson and it was so awkward for me. I need to give it a fair go though !

      Yeah man it was that choice for me or figure it out. Tbh it takes such a toll I did a bunch of other things to keep going that worked well and I’m making videos on that

    Since I live in the Netherlands and we bike everywhere, I always just bike to the gym (15-20 mins) so I do practically the same before and after my workouts as you said in this vid lol

    curious about your off days if you count steps as a marker. like a certain number you shoot for just for overall well being

      I don’t use steps for energy adaptations as it doesn’t do much there but I def think getting steps in is one of the healthiest things you can do!
