Kind of unrelated but I got a recall alert in my last OnStar monthly diagnostic email for my 2022 2500 Silverado. It’s for having the wrong front shocks installed. My truck is a Z71 and also has the HD Front Springs/Camper package. My front shocks are the standard black ones and my rear are Ranchos. Have you seen this or heard anything about it? I’m not concerned. Just wondering. First time I rotated tires and greased front end I noticed the black shocks and thought it was odd it didn’t have red and white Ranchos.
If I came in and wanted to order a SRW 1 ton truck, LT or LTZ trim package, what is the time frame from order to delivery? I'm hearing a few months up to a year from different people. I figured I'd ask the guy who knows. Thanks!
Based on the allocation I am seeing… As long as you order one within the constraints General Motors is placing on certain options and packages… I’m going to tell you easily 9 to 15 months.

At one point I saw a Bulletin come across for that… It really made me scratch my head how that could happen… Glad they got it handled for you
Crazy to think it is this way. Thanks for the advisement. Seems like a loaded lot of inventory is a thing of the past.
