there was a patch note where they fixed a "bug" with climbing heros that allowed them to be able to ledge grab infinitely which is a tech and not a bug, and i'm not talking about the infinite wall climb, it has been in the game for a long time and people knew about it. so it was another nerf for genji even though he was already in the bad state. On top of that, I've noticed that a lot of people don't play 225hp character exept juno which makes genji's nanoblade combo very less effective.
also the map changes didn't benefit him. because of the map changes, heros that cannot acces high ground, now can on dorado giving genji a lesser advantage as he cannot put as much preasure onto the team on second point of dorado
I was lagging in the beginning, which is why it looks so weird
Playing at 35 fps is crazy, what are ur pc specs?
Dell Inspiron 5430 All in One Desktop 60hz ,FHD 1920 x 1080 Display, Intel Core 5-120U, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB SSD, Intel Graphics, Windows 11 Home
Hes def not worst character anymore, meta change and map changes made him very viable. Def not super strong tho.
