Well driven Jack, nice win.
Nice one mate!
Love the headlights shining on the back of the car in front.......GTF out the way!
That’s how you know you’re CLOSE!
Great .! How much more power and why so easy TO pass ...? Fine show..
Just qualified out of position and as you get further up the grid or race in different series, not so easy to pass.
This is me driving my ’66 BJ8 around I-285 in Atlanta.
Make it go, Daddio!

I have a 63 and I am probably a rare owner who has run it over 100mph, and it was no problem and that straight 6 with those dual carbs are music when you ores the go fast pedal
Nice one !
PS what’s the red dot on the strange shaped thing in the top left of the screen !
That'll be the track map and my location Tim!
Got a 100m hood? (Louvers) But it’s got the 3.0 straight 6? 2 or 3 downdraft carbs? You are using upgraded gears? No auto overdrive for 5th? It really sounds different than my 63 3000. Perhaps I should fix the exhaust, the motor sounds like a 4
Is this the straight 6, sounds a bit meaner than mine.
It sure is! The car is built to FIA Specification but able to rev to 7,000 rpm. We are an Austin-Healey specialist. Bill Rawles Classic Cars Ltd, Hampshire UK. Get in touch if you want your car to be a bit meaner :-)
@@TheRawles46, is 7,000 RPMs the FIA-mandated rev limit? How much horsepower/tq were you able to make with that in place? And, do you only build engines for Webers or do you still build engines for SUs as well?
@@flyingphoenix113 7,000 is a limit set by physics although it can rev a little more, you don’t want to do too much more! Absolutely, we build engines from any spec from std road cars to full race and ship worldwide so please enquire to Bill Rawles Classic Cars and ensure you speak directly with Jack Rawles
To be fair, it's rather obvious that his car has a considerable power/speed advantage over the others, so is there a great feat of driving here ?
That's why you should chose Bill Rawles Classic Cars to build your engine... ;-) No its actually not any more powerful than it is allowed to be, I just qualified out of position. If you watch until the end, there are more evenly matched cars. However, great feat of driving? that is for you to chose but safely navigating traffic is a difficult thing, one wrong move and it gets really messy!
ja wow? Das Auto ist viel schneller als die anderen :D
Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they even want to slow down all the gas pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime. " Bundesabgasbespaßungsverbotsverordnung = BABVVO" in German.
But private executive jets will be excluded I bet, what a sad joke this will be.....
@@woodbug5877 China is behind this shit
Yep, and you get what you vote for 😂
sadly China controls the EU@@bh5584
