- Once this thing gets going it's virtually impossible to mess up the groove. The whole system is designed to keep everything flowing and coherent. It's not perfect, but for the butter-fingered music maker it's a dream come true
Lots of power in a small package and lots of use cases outside of basic sampling too. I've been eyeing these for a while now and will probably pick one up at some stage, despite the quirks.

The fact this has sample pads but no pad banks is a major design flaw and a deal breaker for me.
I have the BlueBox which is a great little mixer and was looking for a compact sampler. The BlackBox was not for me :(
Its a shame because it does have some great feature but just falls short.
Hi you can use Ableton 12 as a sampler in one of it's views.
Well just another way of keeping up with modern music i guess.
Really pricey for what it does, but it's okay for rich adolescents that think they can create music.

Meh. My baddie. I just got up on the wrong side of bed when I made the comment. It's a nice unit, but I'm an old fashioned metal guitar and synth girl and never liked sampling like those successful and rich EDM DJ's do, ya know?
