This is awesome! I’m doing the Portuguese this summer. From Porto to the border takes 10days. I’m might have to start closer than. I only have 8-10 days and I wanted to do the Camino spiritual
We walk 15-20km a day, we like this type of walking! It helps us to have enough strength to get to a place and still have enough energy to enjoy, visit, laugh and talk… think about it when planing… hugs

Coming to lisbon from Australia to start my portuguese camino on MY 29! Hoping the weather isn't too fierce! I expect I will be ditching the warm clothes I need to take to my visit to Wales
29th is just around the corner, we are so excited for you! The weather in Portugal is a bit of a lottery… the south part will be warm but the north can be rainy too… we got few days of heavy rain ☔️ and it… lot’s of fun! Enjoy your journey and keep us updated, hugs

Hi Charles! We counted the days… and we figured out that quality is better then quantity! Extra days of research will be more productive then running short of time cause of more distance …
I would like to do the Camino. But being older and a novice, I would only be able to do from either Sarria or Tui. What are the differences in between these routes?
They are both pretty easy, Tui is less crowded than Sarria. Go for the route that calls you more ❤️
