His picture on front and because I have always felt like a diamond in the Rough. From that day in 1972, I have been hooked. I got to see him in concert twice. Awesome never so thrilled, unfortunately will not happen again in this lifetime

He was drafted in 66 but my name or letter wasn't drawn. Have degrees from UNC and NC State. Took Summer courses from Duke's School of business so no pathetic excuse for a brain.

Saw John in Phoenix in '87. Bonnie Raitt open for him, he did a set, then they did a set together (including Angel from Montgomery). It was magical.

I saw John on BBC in 1972 just before I emigrated to Canada and have been a fan ever since. I wore out Diamond in the Rough.
Better live then studio. Ithaca, ny 70 ish folk festival. Liked him but totally celebrating now beyond just getting by. JP song Smith deluxe.
