Quite a contraption… and I first used a 'breath controller (BC-1) with my Yamaha CS-01 40 years ago in the fall of '83. Thing is, you could've/should've shown this device in use… not so we could hear what it would do, but so we could see how nerdy the player is going to look with this on their face. By the time Yamaha had redesigned their product to the BC-2, the device resembled a 'headset mic' and was a much less obtrusive look for the player.
